Located 5 minutes from shuttles for Stagecoach/Coachella. El Paseo, fine dining and mall shopping is 5 minutes away! Two minutes from The Living Desert, hiking and mountain biking.

Both rooms have en suite bathrooms. Driveway parking.

North facing back yard and ranch style home provides cool temperatures in home.

Perfect spot for Coachella

Sharyl’s house was impeccably clean, perfectly appointed and very roomy. I stayed here with friends for Coachella and almost didn’t want to leave the comfort of the house and pool to go to the festival!

Great for Coachella!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Sharyl's property during Coachella weekend 2. We really just needed a clean place to sleep, shower, and get away from the desert heat - and Sharyl's place was perfect for that. The room itself was quite cozy and comfortable. The bed had plenty of pillows and there were extra fans and blankets in the closet which we did not need. During the day the large windows allows plenty of sunlight in, and at night they opened up to let in the cool desert breeze. The bathroom was large with plenty of room for both of us to get ready. Sharyl was great and provided us with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. She was also kind enough to leave some fruit, water bottles, coffee, paper plates, and plasticware for us to use during our stay. If you are looking to stay here for Coachella, I would highly recommend Sharyl's property. My girlfriend and I chose to drive and park at Coachella and it was not bad at all. The first two days it took us around 1 hour to drive, park, and enter the gates to the festival. The final day of the festival was a bit more hectic and took about 2 hours to do the same due to ridiculous traffic. Driving home after the festival took around 30-40 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

Quiet, clean, beautiful and spacious

My friend and I stayed at Sharyl’s rental during Coachella weekend. All we really needed was a comfortable bed and a CLEAN bathroom. Sharyl’s place was spotless, comfortable and surprisingly roomy; perfect for our stay. She also provided some water bottles, coffee and tea which was a very nice touch. No kitchen, but the mini fridge and microwave held us over just fine. The neighborhood is serene and gorgeous, just what you’d want for a desert get away. We also got the pleasure of spending time in her backyard oasis and meeting her LOVABLE, cuddly doggos. It was just perfect. Would definitely stay again! Thanks, Sharyl!

A comfortable place in a nice location

Everything was exactly as advertised. The very private room and bath were clean and furnished with all that we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big enough for us both to get ready in the morning. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood within 5 driving minutes of shopping, restaurants and theaters. The owner was extremely responsive to our needs and, although she lives in the attached house, we did not see or hear her. We would stay here again. It was perfect for two.
