Beautiful newer South Venice pool home in immaculate condition.
Open plan with gleaming tiled floors throughout, high ceilings and lots of sliders open up on the pool area. Large pool area with privacy fence surrounding, sparkling pool with built in jacuzzi spa. Pool and spa can be heated in winter, for an extra charge. There is also half bath which can be accessed off the pool area for easy access while enjoying the pool.
Living room is open plan with leather sofas, flat screen tv and dining area for 6
Beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances and glass back splash make for a very nice place to make dinner. Large breakfast bar with bar stools for casual dining.
Master bedroom is to left side of house and has king bed, walk in closet and beautiful bathroom with double vanities and walk in shower.
The other two bedrooms on opposite side of house and one has queen bed and other had twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bath
Laundry room with washer, dryer and there is double garage.
Minutes to Manasota Beach, shopping and restaurants in Venice.

Nice house in a good location

Nice house with newer updates. We enjoyed the private pool area daily. Very close proximity to multiple beachs with plenty of free parking. Downtown Venice has lots of shopping and dining options. Would stay again.

South Venice Trip

Great space! Close to amenities and beaches!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Pool was warm and lots of sun in the backyard. It was great for us with a toddler as there is a security fence you can put up around the pool when you aren’t using it. We enjoyed all of our dinners poolside with the safety of knowing our toddler couldn’t jump in and go for a swim. The property is less than two miles from the beach and less than two miles to shopping. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our time immensely. This is definitely a great spot!

Pros: Lesley, the host was great & replied quickly to questions & concerns. The house was nice, clean & roomy. Cons: The water pressure in the master shower was very weak. No drinking water was supplied which was surprising being that it was well water & yellow. (Had to buy ice also). There needs to be window treatments/curtains on the sliding glass doors. The outdoor grill was not the big grill as pictured. (Which we noticed since we used it) Overall a nice house.

Should have a refund!

The neighborhood is older community with several run down homes. Initially concerned about area but have to admit it was quiet. Home has a serious problem with hot water. Management company notified and did try to get a Plumber to fix but did not for entire stay. When used hot water there was a rotten egg smell which is a build up of sulfur. Very strong odor and we tried to not use hot water. Also pool that was advertised was not clean on check in and then it rain and pool turned green with algae. Pool finally was treated and we only had its use for 1 day instead of 7. Lastly bath linens are old , yellowed and bath mats old and dirty. On a positive note home has been remolded beautiful floors and kitchen area but much more needs to occur. Due to our experience we should of been moved to another home or receive a refund.

Great Getaway!

House was beautiful! Pool was a bit small. They wanted us 2 maintain an indoor temp of around 77 degrees which was a bit warm, but fans helped. Problem w/ants in kitchen on floor near food pantry. Also, tap water stunk like rotten eggs. Told property manager. Said house was treated for issues. Very comfortable & convenient to nearby beaches😎

Venice gem!

Book this property if you’re looking for easy access to beaches, restaurants, baseball spring training games, and shopping! The pool/spa was a must after a busy day out and about. Clean and as listed/pictured. Host very responsive to inquiry texts and the house binder has great suggestions on restaurants and things to do. Would definitely book again and we will search to see if it’s available when traveling through the area. Thanks!

Perfect spot to rest and relax

We had a great experience from booking through checkout. The property was comfortable, had a well supplied kitchen, and was as good as it looked in the pictures. Management was quick to respond, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this as a home base to relax and explore the area.

Very nice house and pool

We stayed at this house in July 2021. The house is spacious, clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the screened pool area which felt very private and was well maintained. We ended up not doing any real cooking, but the kitchen appeared to be stocked with everything needed to cook basic meals. All the appliances were newer and in good working condition. The house only had a Keurig but I contacted the property manager to ask if there was a drip coffee maker stored somewhere. She said no, but dropped off a Mr. Coffee the next morning (Thanks!). House location is good - only a mile or 2 from a large Walmart and 10-15 minute drive to a beach. I would certainly recommend this rental to others.

Beautiful house!

The house is very updated, clean and exactly as pictured. My husband and I as well as our three kids (ages 8-14) all loved it. My boys especially loved the pool and had an absolute blast swimming, especially at night with the lights. They may have enjoyed that as much as the beach. :) Just a few notes about the property and what to expect....it is a super short drive to Manasota Key beach and several beaches along that inlet. If you're looking to hit the more popular Siesta Key beach, it's about a 30 minute drive. Lido beach is even further north. We took the kids to Mote Marine Aquarium one day and it was a 40 minute drive. We had a great time at Manasota Key and found tons of shells and shark teeth (we were there the week of Elsa, so that may have something to do with it). The house is newer to the rental market, so there were not any beach chairs or toys for us to use while we were there. Not that any are advertised, I'm just used to beach houses having those and so I didn't pack any. It's probably just that they haven't accumulated any since they are new to the rental market. We left a small basket of beach toys there, so there's a collection started. :) My only real complaint is that there was no good way for us to rinse off after the beach. There was one water hose outside the screened porch, but it wrapped around the house and we couldn't figure out how to use it without potentially messing up something. There is an outlet inside the screened in porch, but no hose attached and that's what we used, but it wasn't particularly easy. Hopefully, the owners will add a hose to help with the rinsing off of the beach. Overall, it was an awesome house and we enjoyed our time there.
