Very clean and cozy. Felt like we were at home. This will be our go to when we visit our daughter who attends Gardner Webb University (9 mins away from this location).

Cute property with great location for our needs. I didn't catch the detail that there was only one shower (but that's on me!) so we had to shuffle some timing pieces to get everyone clean. Overall, great stay and would book again.

The porch is terrific! The bed was squeaky although the mattress was comfy. The walk to the front of the house can be slick in the morning when dew is on the grass and the pavers only go a little of the way around. Otherwise it was a nice house

The property was great. The screened back porch was a delightful way to spend the morning listening to the birds and drinking my coffee. The kitchen was adequately stocked, with enough coffee supplies to get us happily started and manage the limited cooking we did.The yard was nice for the kids to throw a ball around in.Johnny’s communication was fast and they were happy to accommodate some date shifts for us without problem. We’ll definitely rent again when we’re back in the area.

We thought the house was very nice. It was good for us since there were three separate bedrooms so nobody noticed my snoring

Great Stay for my Gardner Webb Graduation!

Nice play to stay to celebrate my graduation from Gardner Webb. We unexpectedly had a bad storm and it was nice to have a safe place to stay and not drive home in the bad weather!

Family Friendly for GWU Graduation

A great relaxing property. Location was perfect for us to get to Gardner Webb University for graduation and to spend free time relaxing. We enjoyed great family conversations on the screened in porch. I highly recommend this property for others to rent.

Everything was great. The only suggestion I have is that the yard needed to be mowed and the parking area couldn’t be seen from all the grass.
