This adorable suite is just a half mile north of The Marriot Grand Hotel and is very private. Nearby, you'll find great dining, shopping, golf courses and beaches. The sunset's along the Mobile Bay are just spectacular and a short walk or bike ride away.


The South Point Suite is one of three guest accommodations at Little Point Clear. It's perfect for romantic couple’s getaway or work week stay when in town for business. It's perfect if you are traveling with a four-legged friend!
This private and charming suite provides for a classic Southern escape with lots of luxury. The well appointed interior features wood floors, vaulted ceiling & vintage pine walls, full marble bathroom(tub/shower), leather lounging chairs in a separate reading nook, coffee bar & mini kitchen

We celebrated our 40th anniversary here. It was perfect for us. We enjoyed Bellingrath gardens, Fairhope and the Grand Hotel which were all close. This rental has a wonderful feel with coastal vibes.

Wedding at The Grand

Great location, beautifully landscaped and very close to The Grand Hotel. The room was very clean and updated. Very comfy chairs in the bonus room and the bed was so comfortable. Will stay here again if ever in Fairhope again.

Adorable Stay

Fairhope is such a cute town and this place is so cool! We enjoyed getting away for a night and it was great that we could bring our dog for a small fee. I highly recommend this place. We will be back.

Great Getaway

This studio is perfect for two people, plenty of space, super clean and nicely furnished. It's only a couple minutes drive to the shopping and restaurants. The private patio and designated parking spot were great. We hope to stay again our next trip through Fairhope.

Fantastic birthday trip

We stayed here for my birthday and enjoyed our time at Little Point Clear so much!! Every detail is attended to in the room, but the extras like the firepit, the bicycles and the beautiful grounds, we enjoyed as much as the rooms. They really go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional! We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to friends.

Great location, comfortable room with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The Cleanliness of the room was excellent with the exception of pet hair on tables, chairs and bedspread.

Extra fee

We were a little disappointed because we thought the property was more secluded instead it is very near a busy road. However, it was quiet and peaceful. Everything else was great. Do not book through VRBO . They charge a substantial extra fee. Book directly with the property.

The room was not ready at check in time. (2:35) The bathroom was very small. Way overpriced for an at best average property with no food, pool or other amenities. AC was very noisy and did not cool adquately. Neighbors above us were loud. We left at 3:30 am.

Perfect Accommodation to enjoy beautiful Fairhope

Took a quick girls trip to visit some friends who are local. The accommodation is perfect and was exactly as presented & better! I wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities - but we had a fantastic stay (oversleeping both days b/c the bed is a dream!) and felt very well cared for! My only note is to GoogleMaps who did not place this correct and sent us in the wrong direction but because Tricia made sure to give us the street address number and has such great photos, we found it once we stopped watching the GPS! :) Would come again just to stay here and enjoy the quiet and amenities! Five stars!!

South Point Studio Stay

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the South Point Studio. It was clean, quiet, and a great place to land after a long road trip. Our only complaint would be that the HVAC system seems to be shared with the neighboring unit. As a result, when the neighbors turned their heat up, we had to turn our A/C up. This was a minor irritation, but it seems like it would be an easy fix.

Cozy get away

Wonderful rental. We rang in the new year at this unit and it was wonderful. The unit was extraordinarily clean! The host was on site when we got there and had a new fire pit set up for us to enjoy. She really went above and beyond for us.
