Patio area could have been swept of pine needles. The kids were running around and found them a bit slippery. One of the fathers swept them up to make it safer. Also, the banister is leading up to the patio from the parking area we're very wobbly. Not is what I have found out the last two days other than that, the place was great. Also, The Kayaks were quite welcome.

We had an amazing time. There was really no need to go anywhere else we had all that we needed right there. The house is beautiful and each bedroom has extremely comfortable mattresses and pillows! This vacation home exceeded our expectations. We will be back!

This cozy, rustic cabin is right on the lakefront with access to a private dock, which was perfect for our boat. The house is comfy, clean and cozy with a lot of mountain charm. Plenty of space for us and our kids and the fenced backyard was perfect for our pup. Easy walk to a little pizza place and liquor/market store. Excellent location on a quiet road right on the lakefront. We used the canoe and kayaks which was a plus. Hot tub was clean and modern. We will definitely be back if we’re lucky enough to visit Big Bear lake again!

We had a nice stay and the photos represented the property well. I didn’t realize that there was no AC but the host provided more than enough fans throughout the home. The nights were cool and comfortable. Having the kayaks and canoe to use was an enjoyable convenience! We will definitely come back!

Absolutely loved staying here! The location is fantastic, just a few quick steps across the road in Boulder Bay. There's a secure dock with kayaks and a canoe with plenty of life-vests. The views from the balcony are incredible, perfect for watching sunsets. Really enjoyed all the amenities - especially sitting in the spa under the stars. The ping pong table was fun too! The cabin is fully stocked - lots of thick fluffy towels and nice bedding. We appreciated the firewood provided for the wood burning stove. The kitchen has good quality cookware, dishes and appliances. The hostess was extremely quick to respond and checked with us to make sure we were settled in without any issues. We will definitely return, so excited to have this vacation option available to us.

This property was great and had everything you needed. Very spacious and beds are very comfortable. The host was very communicative about everything and made the process easy. Private dock with Kayaks/canoe and the fenced back yard was definitely a plus. I would definitely recommend this place. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

It’s a nice property, nice location, size was good for us, kitchen well-stocked, beds clean, hot tub was clean and nice. Counters/ sinks/ kitchen were clean. The whole place needs, especially for the price, dusting and cobwebs removed inside and out and clean fans since AC didn’t cool off warm upstairs. Notified host: dirty fans not addressed and told there was a broom to clean outside.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re sorry to hear that part of your stay did not meet your expectations. We did want to mention that our listing notes that the cabin does not have air conditioning so guests know what to expect before booking. It’s possible the heating system may have been turned on inadvertently. Regarding the outdoor furniture, it is cleaned prior to each guest’s arrival. Because the furniture is outdoors and surrounded by nature, it is impossible to prevent the occasional cobweb, insect, or other debris from appearing between cleanings. For guest convenience, we provide a broom so any newly formed webs or debris can be easily swept away. The concerns regarding the fans were brought to our attention and have since been addressed. We apologize that this was not taken care of sooner. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve the guest experience. We hope you were still able to enjoy the peaceful setting and all that the area has to offer. Thank you again for your feedback.

Our family had a phenomenal time bringing in the new year at this perfect, cozy cabin. Unfortunately, we got a lot of rain on our trip, but our family enjoyed hours of games and beautiful views as we were stuck indoors. Our host Colleen was attentive and easy to communicate with. We hope to come back again to create many more special memories with our family!

The house pictures talk a 1000 words so don’t have room to say the best experience we had. The house is equipped for all four seasons. This trip was in the winter season. The views and tranquility made us wish we stay longer. The snow and clear skies in the day created such beautiful landscapes. You have to be there for yourself. In the house, coziness and warmth made our experience unforgettable.
