Ocean Reef #807 is situated directly on one of The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches' and is unlike other condos in Panama City Beach. We only have 161 units, over 320 feet of fine sandy beach frontage and we are not located next to other high-rise condos. Being on the West side of PCB means our beach frontage is less crowded and traffic is not as congested as other parts of the city.

Walk on into this condo and you will be amazed at the fresh, bright, new colors and I promise you will feel right at home! Kitchen is equipped with gourmet amenities including a Dual coffee machine so you can your morning coffee with Pods or make a whole pot if you prefer. Getting in late? No worries, there will be a couple of pods to get you through the next morning while sitting on the spacious balcony and listening to the waves come crashing in. It is also equipped with pots/pans and utensils for you to make your own meals if you so choose.

The 10’ x 28’ Balcony that must be one of the most perfect places to sit back and relax and is nothing short of Spectacular. It is outfitted with table and chairs for a beautiful sunset dinner, brand new outdoor couch cushions to lay on to read a book and 2 deep seating chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee and the sunrise. It is the most absolute perfect place to start your day off with a cup of coffee and to end it while the waves lull you to sleep. You might even get to see the dolphins out playing!

Living room has been upgraded with a 48" Smart Flat Screen TV equipped with 50" Smart TV equipped with YouTube TV and plenty of sitting options. Dining area is equipped with counter height table/chairs so you can enjoy the view of the water while you eat!

Master bedroom is freshly painted and equipped with a king size bed, Pottery Barn Bedding, , luxury thread count sheets, comfortable mattress , 43" flat screen TV, private bathroom with double sink, shower and tub, and access to the balcony where you have a BEAUTIFUL full view of the Gulf. Have a little one and need a play pen? You can find that in the closet!

The second bedroom has been freshly painted and upgraded with new bedding for the king size bed, luxury thread count sheets, and a very comfortable mattress. Has a full size dresser, flat screen TV with YouTube TV and has access to the guest bathroom.

We provide all your linens, dishes and cookware, and liquid hand soap at each bathroom sink and Dawn dish soap at the kitchen sink. Eight bath towels, 8 wash cloths, and an individually wrapped Scotch Brite sponge are also provided. Full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. All you need is food, beach towels and sunscreen!

The location of this condo couldn’t be in a better place! Go-Carts & Mini Golf across the street, a 10-minute drive away from the newly built Pier Park where you will find a unique shopping area, The new Sky Wheel, restaurants such as Margaritaville, Southern Theatre’s Grand Theatre which contains 16 movie screens, beautiful landscaped walking paths and home of many festivals and summer concerts.

Ocean Reef is also within a few miles of Wal-Mart SuperCenter, drug stores, golf courses, a marine park (Gulf World), a water park (Shipwreck Island), Fun Land, and more! Convenient to airport and less than 12-hour drive from most mid-western U.S. cities.

We have been married for 25 years and moved here from Kansas City in 2023. When we aren’t working you can find us spending time with family, on the water or traveling back home. We have always believed strongly in making memories with our children and look forward to helping you do the same!

Why they chose this property

Jayson's dad and stepmom retired and moved to Panama City Beach and we have loved coming to visit frequently over the last couple of years. The people are happy and kind and we've always felt at home here. So we bought an 8th floor unit in this building and fell in love with it. And now since it was time to expand our business we bought this one (again on the 8th floor) because we think it's the most perfect location in the building. It's far enough away from the beach that's it's peaceful on the balcony yet close enough to watch the kids on the beach and the view is perfect!
The beach is private so it's not as crowded and we love that security is always patrolling and making sure that the amenities are only being enjoyed by those staying at the condo.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this property because of the Gulf View from the balcony and the fact that we could be almost anywhere in the condo and still see the Emerald Beauty.
