Mountain views, a short walk to the lake, and just 30 minutes from Wolf Creek.

This comfortably furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is just minutes off Highway 160 in the lakes area. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the close proximity to everything you need. The bedrooms, one full bath and the washer/dryer are on the entry level. The kitchen, another full bath, living and dining rooms are on the second level. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, a convenient vanity with sink, and sitting area that's perfect for a good read. The charming second bedroom has a double bed, and is furnished with sturdy antiques. All linens, dishes, and cookware are furnished. Wolf Creek ski area is a 30-minute drive east on 160. Walk across the street to fish, paddleboard or kayak on Village Lake, or enjoy walking and biking the nearby trails. The golf course, recreation center, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes away. If you need accommodations for a group, ask me about my neighbors' units. Discounts for extended stays are available. No indoor smoking, no pets. Owner maintained and managed. Vacation Rental Permit #VRP-26-0284.

Property was very comfortable, is nicer than the photos show, has a great small deck off the living room for relaxing, a nice kitchen and is in a quiet neighborhood. Kathleen was very helpful with ideas for easy hikes. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful, clean, very comfortable and very well stocked. We watched hot air balloons from the balcony every morning. The mountain views were spectacular. Location was good. Great walking in the neighborhood. Kathy was a very responsive host.

This unit is very clean and well stocked. There's plenty of room to stretch out and be comfortable. Close proximity to all the greatest activities in the Pagosa Springs area. I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future. The host was friendly and communicative with all relevant information prior to our stay.

The condo is nice, clean and tastefully decorated, perfect for a stay in Pagosa Springs. It's just past downtown, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Comfortable beds and couches, decent bathrooms and easy parking out front. We enjoyed our stay. We did reach out before arrival requesting slightly early entry, and we never heard back from the host. So, if it's really important, you might have to call to reach her. We didn't attempt that. We just waited. Make sure to read the check in and check out instructions fully. They are detailed.

Our stay was great. Kathleen’s place was very clean and spacious and was located close to many amenities. The bedrooms and living space were on separate floors, which was nice while our baby was sleeping so we didn’t have to be as quiet.

Great townhouse condo

This wonder VRBO comes completely stocked for your needs. The location is ideal and quite. The perfect in-town stay

Our host was open and communicative prior to the reservation. The property is an easy drive up the mountain in ski season while being close to everything you’d need to enjoy a mountain town vacation. The neighbor properties were quiet and polite, creating a nice atmosphere.

I'm a Wisconsin girl, but have lived mostly in Minnesota since 1978. I enjoy all the recreational activities the 4 Corners area affords--hiking, skiing, kayaking and especially attending music festivals in Pagosa Springs and neighboring cities. I spend as much time as possible in my Colorado home.

Why they chose this property

My sister introduced me to this area in the early 1990's, and I fell in love with the mountains. I bought my first vacation home here in the late 90's, and this property in 2003. We managed several vacation properties here for many years, so I learned what our guests appreciate. I love Pagosa's proximity to a variety of landscapes, and this specific condo's easy access to wilderness areas, as well as what the town of Pagosa Springs has to offer. Whether you travel here to golf, attend a balloon festival, hike, ski, ride horses or simply getaway from your usual routine, I think you'll love this location as much as I do!

What makes this property unique

This property is in one of 12 units in 3 buildings called Lakeview Estates Condominiums. The views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom are beautiful. If I'm here with a group of friends, but want to start my day quietly, I can make coffee in the master bedroom and start my day in quiet solitude on a comfy chair, or on the bedroom deck. I have also really come to appreciate the first floor bedrooms, and not having to haul luggage up to a second story bedroom! Our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and our full-time resident neighbors are friendly. Three neighbors also rent their properties, and we seem to attract guests who are happy to share their days' adventures or offer tips on the best restaurants or hiking trails. We all enjoy a walk down to the lake with a cup of coffee in the morning, or a camera to catch the gorgeous sunsets over the lake. It is both a great place to be, and a great "base camp" for adventures.
