Vacation rental Weekly or Monthly 3 BR 2 Bath single family pool home located on a corner lot in the sought-after SW area of Cape Coral. Walking distance or better yet use the 2 bikes that come with the rental and bike to Cape Harbour with all its restaurants, shops, boating, kayaking and fishing. You can also rent a boat at Cape Harbour on a daily basis and cruise the gulf. The neighborhood is upscale with lovely canal homes across the street. Electric Heated Pool and spa. Comfortable, well stocked, helpful

The owner was very responsive and quick to come over and show us how to work the pool. The place is clean and comfortable with nice furniture and fluffy towels. The kitchen has a lot of appliances and dishes, silverware, making it easy to cook.The area is great for long walks or bike rides, everyone we saw was friendly.

This home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with great neighbors. The property is equipped with a wide range of outdoor gear for a day trip to the beach or a bike ride to the store. The entire home and pool area was very clean and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property.

Relaxing spring break vacation

The layout of this home is fantastic for vacationing families. The home was spacious, clean and well stocked. The pool and outside space was wonderful which we used a lot. Plenty of seating in the sun or under the covered patio. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The owner was very responsive and stopped by in person to show us how to use the spa. We have taken several family trips to Florida and this home is our favorite.

Amazing stay, beautiful home!

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house was spacious, well-stocked, and so comfortable. The area is beautiful and very safe, and the house was spotless upon arrival. Roger and Vicki made themselves available to reach, which was great to know during our stay. We enjoyed the pool and spa so much and it was not too far to drive to the beach and other attractions. We would definitely recommend staying here, we hope to be back in the future! 5-star stay!

What an amazing vacation!

Words cannot explain how wonderful this house was. We really enjoyed our stay. Ths house was very clean, and had a lot of amenities to use which was very helpful. The owner was very kind and easy to contact.100% will return! Thank you for such a good time. We mostly hung out in the pool and jacuzzi, the kids loved it!!!

Beautiful home

We had a great time relaxing by the pool at this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of this home is ideal to all ages, there is a door going to one of the bathrooms to the lanai which is really nice for when you are chilling by the pool. There is a huge television with many channels, the WiFi works great and the pool is clean and plenty warm. Roger and Vicki are really nice and gracious hosts that make themselves available if you need anything.

The property was very comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. We would have enjoyed using the spa but it didn't work due to a leak. We did use the pool often and enjoyed sitting by the pool every morning and evening. Would recommend securing the fabric on some of the high top patio chairs. All of us had a very nice and relaxing time.

This property was wonderful! We all felt very much so at home here! The house was very clean, comfortable, and came with everything we could have needed! Being close to the beach was very nice, but also just being able to relax pool side was great for the kids! We had such a wonderful time, we cannot wait to come back!

The house was comfortable with a nice pool. We didn’t get to use pool because of our schedule. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels after being there 3 days so I would’ve liked to have had extra of those items or at least enough for a 7 day stay. The owners were prompt in responding to messages. Overall, I would stay there again.

Amazing!!

This is a beautiful home! It is very clean and well supplied. The host was very attentive and stopped by to show us some of the pool controls. It was wonderful to have our own private pool for the week! The neighborhood is nice and I enjoyed taking a morning walk to the marina each day. I hope we can return soon!

Beautiful Vacation Home

Bowe Villa was everything a family needs for a relaxing, family vacation. The home was immaculate and provides everything you and your family will need during your stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool and spa daily. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed many bike rides. The location allows you to be far enough from crowds but close enough to great beaches and tons of activities. Had a great time and can't wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, my family and I have been coming to this area since I was a preteen now almost 30, we really appreciate finding a nice home that we can spend our time enjoying the beautiful beaches with our family and disconnect from everything we leave back home. This was just the place to do that, everything was very nice and clean, Vickie and Roger were really easy to get ahold of if needed and answered promptly. We definitely will be back as we are every year, thanks again for the awesome stay.

Family getaway

Fantastic property! Great family getaway place worked great for our family - myself and my husband as well as our daughter and her family which included a 5 year old, 3 year old and 1 year old. The floor plan worked great for 2 families - the master bedroom with bathroom is on one end of the house and on the opposite side are the other two guest bedrooms and bathroom. Owners were always very responsive and helpful to our questions. The home is very comfortable and spacious, had everything we needed. Spent majority of our time on the spacious lanai and pool area, kiddos loved it and we used the pool toys that were available in the garage. We went to the local Cape Coral beach almost every day because it was so close and very family friendly and only 5 minutes away . It had clear shallow water, nice swim beach, bathrooms, playground and the kiddos just want to go back there. Our only critique would be the master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable and would recommend replacing it. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to come back here some day. Thanks to the owners for making our family getaway so enjoyable!

Beautiful, Relaxing, Perfect!

I just finished up the most fun week at Bowe Villa with my four sisters and it could not have been more perfect! All the wonderful amenities and small touches were amazing, we literally had everything we needed there! Plenty of room, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful lanai with a nice heated pool and lots of seating. You can tell the owners really want their guests to feel welcome and comfortable. And the place was spotless! Well done, Bowe Villa!!

WONDERFUL!!

Great communications prior to arrival. Upon entering, everything was as pictured and amazingly clean. We spent a great deal of our time on the lanai and in the pool. It was very nice. Pool was well kept and heated to perfection. The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked. We really cannot complain about one single thing and hope to return another time.
