The outdoor area has an approximately 160 square meter terrace with a large pool heated by a heat pump and a fountain. The outside area is secured with a fly screen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee machine and various electrical appliances, all the dishes and everything you need to know about kitchen utensils is available.
A washing machine and dryer are also in the house.
The house has enough bed linen and towels for every guest.

The house is located in a quiet but central side street. It is only a few minutes' drive to the beach and the nearest supermarket can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
