(Winter Renters - Full Sun on Balcony Most Days), Ocean View, Elevator and two Covered Parking Spaces under building, Two Brand NEW Pools; one zero-entry, one heated lap pool and Oceanside Restaurant and Bar on property.

Free WiFi Internet Access. 125 Channel TV Package. Fully loaded Kitchen, Full Size Washer & Dryer. Bedrooms are arranged so that each has an attached full bath. King Bed in Master with 48" TV, Two Twins in Guest Suite with 42" TV. There is a Queen Sofa Bed in Living Room. There is a 65" TV in the Living Room. Condo Sleeps a maximum of Six. Perfect!

Hands down the best place to stay on Tybee! Location is perfect! Condo was spotless and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax!

Great condo and easy beach access!

Two adults and one 8 year old (but there was plenty of room for more people) - We stayed here for four nights. The condo was very clean and well stocked with essentials. There was easy access to the pools and The Deck restaurant and bar was great to have at our disposal. It is the easiest beach access we’ve ever had at Tybee and the beach area wasn’t overly crowded and had chair and umbrella rentals. The luggage carts and elevator were also very handy! The owner is super nice and called us personally after check-in to welcome us and see if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again and would actually prefer it to anywhere else we’ve stayed on Tybee!

Great Place

Great place!

This was a great place to stay. We loved our time on Tybee. Mike has great recommendations and his place was beautiful. We were very comfortable there.

Wonderful condo on Tybee

We stayed at Gulf Reef 636 during spring break. The location was great and our host Mike has thoughtfully equipped the condo with everything we needed to have a great stay. There were even beach chairs and some beach toys in the guest closet that we used. That was a great bonus since we were traveling with a three year old, a pre-teen and a teenager. The condo was super clean and well maintained. We have not been to Tybee in several years and were pleased to have a welcoming and nice place to stay. We all enjoyed the heated lap pool and the older kids played in the other pool as well. I would recommend this condo to anyone and hope to stay there again some time.

Being an end unit allows for so much more natural light in our condo coming through the side windows.
We purchased the condo new in 2002 and have recently remodeled as a result of hurricane Matthew damage in 2016.
