Short-Term Rental House Rules

1. Quiet Hours – The use and enjoyment for all property owners is important to us. Please respect your neighbors, quiet hours are between 10:00 PM-7:00 AM, Sunday – Thursday; and 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM, Friday and Saturday.

2. Parking information – We all need to do our part to not impede emergency responder’s duties. Parking cannot restrict access by emergency vehicles or the traveling public, and cannot encroach neighboring properties. Do not park on the lawn nor at anyone else's house.

3. Garbage – Help keep our area beautiful for all to enjoy. Garbage, refuse, or recycling must be stored completely enclosed within designated refuse containers.

4. Septic – Please help us protect our environment. If you observe raw septage leaking or seeping out of the ground contact us immediately

5. Protect our Lakes – Help us keep our lakes clean and free of Aquatic Invasive Species. Please review all AIS material provided prior to launching any watercraft.

6. NO SMOKING, OPEN-OIL COOKING OR CONFETTI. DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE. If you move any furniture, please put it back where it belongs.

7. No pets allowed

We want you to enjoy your stay here in Breezy Point. Please be aware that these are the most common complaints to which our law enforcement agencies must respond. Following these simple courtesies will make your visit more enjoyable for everyone.

Beautiful place beautiful property. Stayed in the middle of winter on a -10 degree day and this place couldn’t not have suited us better. Each room is beautiful and the whole house is perfect for groups. Don’t hesitate to book here

Nice place however A/C was only on one floor and was a small problem at first but cooled down eventually. Well stocked kitchen and beds were just ok. Water was a little off color and everything worked except video game. Outdoor was weathered and needs some sprucing up but overall we enjoyed our stay.

I wanted to point out the home does have central air and that is the primary source of the heating and cooling. The mini split unit is just supplemental for when it's so hot the primary cooling system can't keep up due to the sun blasting through the big windows in the great room. Best regards, Judd

4th of July Family Fun

Brought the family and wanted to stay close to Breezy Point, have a lake view, offer the space to accommodate adults and kids, and allow for fun for all. The house has everything from dishes, crock pots, utensils, towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags..you have everything you need there. The grill worked great and there is an extra frig/freezer which worked great for more food and beverages. The game room was the biggest hit. Played lots of pool and everyone loved the video game. Good location and everything you need.
