Great Family Vacation Property.

Very private home with beautiful lake view adjacent to a family park and walking trails. Home features a large main floor master and ensuite. Kitchen has an island and is attached to the family room. Living room with pool table for family fun as well a foosball table upstairs. Outside has great pool, BBQ and fruit trees. Close to all amenities and golf. Three bedrooms are upstairs. Laundry room is next to the garage entrance.

Jim & Leslie live in Vancouver, BC and love the Phoenix climate. We hope to spend more time in Phoenix once we both retire but for now we are happy to let others use this great home.

Why they chose this property

This property has one of the biggest pools in the area and we fell in love with the beautiful lake front view in the back yard, which also makes this property very private. We also love the main floor master suite, watching the sun rise early in the morning from the patio just outside the room.
