Great stay- the house was cozy for our Thanksgiving trip. We only had 4 but we could have been comfy with 3x as many people given all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Host was responsive and everything was as described. Would stay again for sure!
We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed several evenings in front of the fireplace. We loved being in walking distance to two breweries and not far from the town.
Have stayed here before with some family friends, and will continue to rent it every year. Plenty of personal space, but large group space as well. This house is perfect, and great location in cooperstown.
Thank you Emily for a wonderful stay in your home. It was well appointed, clean, and perfectly located. We had 2 families of 4 and the room/bathroom situation was ideal!
Have stayed here before as a get together with some old friends. Great walk/drive to breweries, great location and the house is awesome. Have already decided to make it a regular event
Our stay was perfect. The house is big enough for a large gathering and the yard was wonderful with plenty of seating and a BBQ and fire pit. Also a ping pong table and corn hole.
Everything went very smoothly. Check in/out was easy, the door code made it very convenient for a larger group to avoid physical keys, and the property is beautiful!
Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was superb. We were so happy to be your guests.A couple things to note: there was a wad of gum on a blanket in the living room. There wasn’t a place for soap in the double bathroom.
Home was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was seamless, plenty of utensils and cookware. Loved the private bathrooms in most rooms and perusing the various books and wall hangings. Great location!
We were visiting family in Burlington Flats and this home was ideal for my group of 6. Large well furnished home, comfortable beds and lots of bathrooms. It was a quick weekend trip and ideal for my group. Will definitely return next time we are in the area.
We had 4 families and siblings stay for a week while our sons played at Cooperstown Dream park. The house is super convenient and is roomy, cozy, and comfortably decorated. It’s a lovely home. The brewery across street is great as is Ommegang half a mile away. I can’t recommend it enough!
We were in town for a wedding and the house was perfect for all of us. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space we had and the amount of supplies in the kitchen. We highly recommend this place for your stay.
This house was perfect for two families to enjoy the baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dream Park. The pictures didn’t do justice to how great the house was. The owner was easy to communicate with and the location was great. We enjoyed several visits to the two breweries near by. Overall great experience!
We adored this property. It was the perfect mixture of victorian charm, modern conveniences, and cozy comfort. Having 5 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was ideal for a bigger group. Kitchen was very well equipped; great layout. Very convenient to Cooperstown. Would love to come back and just have a relaxing weekend never leaving the property.
This is place is great for Adults while kids play at CDP. This place have two great breweries in walkable (under 5 mins) distance. This place is great for families, and accurate to all the description. The host is very responsible to all our queries. I would recommend this place.
This place was perfect for multiple "families"... because basically each bedroom has a bathroom. The property manager was very communicative and it was perfect for what we needed. Every person who stayed there told me it was a great find! Plus, it's like a cute little B&B and across the street from a brewery/restaurant. Ideal.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Brewery Inn! It's conveniently located, only 7 or so minutes from Dreams Park and 10 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown. Also right next to two great breweries including Ommegang. The property was very clean and well maintained. The only minor criticism we had was that a few of the mattresses are probably due to be replaced as they were on the hard side. Overall would highly recommend staying at this property. Thanks again for a great stay!

Thank you for the fantastic review! Sounds like a five star stay, not the four you gave ..
Great weekend at the brewery inn! The proximity to Ommegang and Red Shed was great as no one had to get in the car and drive. The house was great. We enjoyed making a fire outside while enjoying a beverage. All of the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We had a great time and we are already planning our return trip! :)

I was born and raised in New York City and lived there for most of my adult life. After falling in love with Cooperstown some years earlier, I finally decided to buy a country house here in 1999, in hopes of spending as many weekends and summers here as possible. It was less than a year later that I decided to relocate to Cooperstown permanently and I've never looked back. The beauty of the area never ceases to amaze me. It's a fantastic place to live and visit.
