It is known for its pristine white sand beach and relatively quiet and private public areas!

**GETTING AROUND**

The 'famed' Red Bar restaurant and Grayton Beach State Park are approximately 2 miles east, with Watercolor and Seaside just about a mile past. In the back of the community there is direct access to a walking path to the Point Washington State Park. Explore the rare coastal dune lakes, 5 state parks and 10+ beaches. It’s also just 1/3 mile to the famed Blue Mountain Creamery from the park - 30A's best ice cream!

Highway 30A is a family-friendly area, with lots of great golf courses, water activities, bikes, trails, boutique shopping or outdoor malls, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips. Seaside, Watercolor, Destin, Seacrest, Seagrove, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Panama City Beach are all nearby! This truly has become a new entertainment destination!

There are activities for everyone including kayak rentals, bike rentals, paddle boards, paragliding, fishing, golfing, tennis, hiking, swimming, snorkeling, horseback riding and more! Bike rentals are within walking distance at Big Daddy's Bike Shop (2217 W. Co Hwy 30A) for you to take a ride along scenic Highway 30-A. Shopping in Destin is only 15 minutes away, and Baytowne Wharf is also a fun place just down the road!

**RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY**

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age. All vacationers under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Golf cart is assumed at the renters' risk and any damages will be charged to the renter. Golf cart is not to be driven past Stinky's to the West and Seaside to the East. Golf cart only to be driven by primary renter over the age of 25.

The non-refundable Limited Damage Waiver covers the registered guest against accidental damages to the unit or its contents when reported to homeowners/management immediately. All claims must be reported and approved by management in order to be covered by the damage waiver. Please see rental policies for more information on coverage. However, there is a monetary limit of coverage that varies per property. Please inquire as to the monetary limit this property is covered for. Damage that occurs over and above the limit of coverage will be collected from the renters.

Upon check out on VRBO, you have the option to add trip insurance. The coverage has a list of cancellation reasons and we can provide links to that product's coverage prior to your booking with us so you know what it covers, if you so choose.

**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**

Check in is 4pm, but I will text you and let you know if the cleaning crew is done earlier - if so, I will let you check in early at no change. My husband and I take pride in furnishing and equipping our home to the highest standards.
