This beautifully updated home offers over 2,400 square feet of comfortable living space. It features a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a bar area, two dining spaces, and four bedrooms, along with both a front porch and a back deck for relaxing outdoors. Please note, this property is a duplex and guests will not have access to the garage.
Guest Access:
The house with plenty of parking right in front of the entrance or to the right of the house. Only right-side unit is accessible.
Getting Around:
Two car parking is on the right side of the house and more parking on the street. The washer and dryer are shared in the basement and only available on request.

This is a side-by-side unit (Duplex) and only right-side unit is available.
Dogs are welcome with maximum of two dogs per reservation. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and maintain our property in excellent condition, we have a few guidelines for pet stays.
Pet Fee: $35 per night, per pet requested through booking platform after reservation is confirmed, will be an additional charge requested.
To ensure the safety of both our guests and the security of our residence, we have strategically positioned external surveillance cameras around the perimeter of our home.
No Parties or Gatherings
Family gatherings, parties, or any events are not permitted. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Violations will result in a $50 per person fee per day or a minimum charge of $1,000, whichever is greater.
