Our villa consists of 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, bathroom and kitchens - living room and veranda.
The villa is ideal for two families who want to spend their holidays by the sea,

The house offers you a splendid veranda where you can admire the Faraglioni di Scopello and the beautiful Zingaro Nature Reserve.

The Mediterranean garden offers you orange trees, tangerines, pears, lotuses, prickly pears, mulberries, apricots, pomegranates which you can use depending on the season .... figs and prickly pears in the hot summer, tangerines and oranges, in the autumn, lemons and cyclic aromatic herbs.

From the house there is a strong scent of Jasmine that will brighten your warm evenings on the veranda.

Outside the house you will find a beautiful outdoor spiral shower, ideal after the sea….

Outside you will find a small barbecue where you can roast the fish you have caught or bought!
The villa is fenced with a gate, ample parking inside.

Air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, TV, washing machine, WI-FI, are at your complete disposal.

L'annonce précise que la maison fait 120 m² et que les deux chambres sont climatisées. C'est faux : la maison est divisée en deux espaces de +/- 60 m² séparés par une simple porte en bois, sans aucune isolation phonique (on entend tout de la vie la plus intime des voisins : brossage des dents, douche et...). De plus, une seule chambre est équipée de climatisation. La gentillesse des hôtes ne compense pas le manque de calme et la déception liée au décalage entre l'annonce et la réalité.

Casa di campagna situata a 2 km dal mare, in zona molto tranquilla e ideale per raggiungere le molteplici mete disponibili. Arredamento e forniture più che adeguate. giardino e portico esterno particolarmente godibili in quanto la zona è sempre ventilata. Automobile indispensabile. Consigliata.

Das Haus liegt in einem totalen Feigenparadies,man wird morgens vom Duft der Feigenbäume geweckt ,wunderschöne Lage und zu allen Seiten wunderschöne Ausblicke und zum Abend einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang ! Haus wie beschrieben und schön eingerichtet.Anna ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat uns am Ankunftstag zum Haus gelots da es doch sehr versteckt liegt und nicht einfach zu finden ist. Sehr Kinderfreundlich und wir würden es jedem weiterempfehlen.Wir kommen wieder....

Alles wunderbar!!!

Das Haus ist wirklich toll und schön ausgestattet, liegt ruhig und hat einen traumhaften Blick über den eigenen Garten auf die Bucht von Scopello! Es ist alles da was man braucht, auch zahlreiche Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Matratzen sind bequem und alles ist sehr sauber. Einfach perfekt! Die unglaublich nette Vermieterin Anna ist immer erreichbar und hilft gern mit zahlreichen Tipps. Wir haben uns dort super erholt und können es nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Vrij gelegen huis met veel privacy. Aanrader!

Wij verbleven in de zomer van 2014 in het huis van Anna, een zeer gastvrije dame. Het huis bestaat uit 2 appartementen, wij verbleven hier met onze kinderen en vrienden. Hierdoor was er voor ons genoeg privacy. Een grote tuin met fruitbomen omringd het huis. De afstand naar de zee is ongeveer 700 meter. Echter er is geen veilige weg om hier lopend naar toe te gaan met kinderen. Een auto is noodzakelijk. De omgeving is erg mooi, het huis ligt erg vrij en centraal om de omgeving te verkennen. Het huis is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Onze gastvrouw Anna was zeer bereid om ons te informeren over de omgeving of zaken voor ons te regelen zoals goede wifi verbinding en gebruik van de pizza oven. Een zwembad zou een mooie aanvulling zijn, echter er zijn wel buitendouches. Al met al een aanrader dit huis.

Une semaine idyllique dans un endroit pittoresque, avec de nombreuses visites à Scopello, à Castellmare, et de bons restos avec beaucoup de pesce. La maison d'Anna est très agréable, bien située et bien équipée, avec une terrasse où il fait bon prendre ses repas: face à la mer et la montagne. L'hotesse est très chaleureuse et très gracieuse, c'est un plaisir de converser avec elle. A recommander, de plus le cout est très abordable. Rachel et Francis

Beautiful!

We stayed in the villa for 6 nights and we couldn't imagine a better place :-) The house is set in a large garden with many trees and even a swing :-) We loved our breakfasts on the terrace with view of the sea and there is also a bigger terrace on the roof top! You can actually dance there or just watch the stars at night :) The apartment provided everything we needed, perfect for holiday. If you are looking for a calm place to relax, choose this villa and its hostess Anna - very nice, kind and lovely lady who really cared for our well being. Thanks Anna, hopefully one day we will come back :-) Michaela

Beautiful house

A very beautiful place in the countryside between scopello and castellmare de golfo. It is a double house with a large terrace and a big garden where fruits grow. The ceiling is high and rooms are big, so this gives the rooms a airy feeling. Everywhere lovely decoration. The tiled floor looks nice, from the terrace you have a view to the sunset over Zingaro-sea. We liked the place very much. The equipment is not luxury but everything you need is there.Thank you, Anna, for the nice stay
