3bd BayFront Suite BayView w/balcony, Pool, nearby dining, beach access

Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

The view from the balcony of the hotel was beautiful,the staff were friendly and very communicative.The walk from the hotel to the beach was beautiful there isn’t one flaw I can name I saw or experienced,I would definitely book again.

Checking into the property was a bit odd and felt a little unsafe. The garage was very scary and we had to take a back elevator. At first glance when we arrived at our room, it was dingy, cold and very ill decorated. There were tile floors with no rugs, stained furniture, no blankets, paint chipping from the ceiling and most every piece of furniture was broken. We thought maybe we could make it work until we figured out that we could not get the heat to work at the temperature would not raise above 60 degrees fahrenheit. This place was truly a nightmare.

Nothing was how it looked like in the picture, all the furniture were broken scratched up. The couch was falling apart. The floors were broken everywhere and I have a baby that I wanted to let walk around so I had to be extra careful. Didn't provide enough supplies for the kitchen. Plates and cups were dirty. I would never rent from this place again! I have pictures of everything

The view is beautiful, the property itself outside wasn’t the best. Garbage containers are right in the front…. The apartment was beautiful….. but the kitchen and only seen in the kitchen had roaches all in the cabinets and counters…. We had to carefully empty and repack our bags one by one to make sure no roaches came with us… and overall that was the biggest issue for me.

Property was not one advertised. Much older furniture, carpet old and dirty, ice maker had exploded beer in it. Entire property needs updated. Explained this all to host, stated we have many 3 bedroom suites, we don’t guarantee which one. When told about ice maker, stated we have one in lobby, so we don’t turn on the one in the room. Worst experience by far with VRBO!!

This property management company is not to be trusted and operates extremely unethical. The pictures are very deceiving. We were misled to a condo that was entirely different from the photos. The condo was damaged, dirty, and smelled terrible. Torn curtains, scuffed and dirty walls, totally outdated bathrooms, stained carpets. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff as well.

The pictures did not match the apartment we stayed in at all everything was completely different the carpets were stained and dirty there was a dead roach on the carpet in the hallway I didn’t wanna walk in there barefoot the couch was not the same one in the picture the one in our room had suspicious white stains on it were not very happy we didn’t get to stay in the apartment we saw in the pictures if I saw pictures of the place we did stay in I honestly probably would not have booked this place

The property facilities and grounds were uninhabitable. TVs didn’t work No internet for smart tv. No kitchen utensil or towels supplies. Fitness center was a disaster and filthy. Tropicana “restaurant” was disgusting and had no bar. Outdoor area and tiki bar was a distaster. The beach and pool chairs were filthy. The playground was broken and filthy. The staff was rude. What you see online is not what you get at all

Too good to be true.. it was

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The price was the best in the area for a three bedroom stay. I should have known there was a reason for that price. They charge everything else as extra. Parking is 30 a day per car. You have to buy a laundry card then you have to put more money on it to do laundry. There is no detergent for you to use. The apartment had a broken toilet, frayed and musty carpet, no dish soap or sponge or extra trash bags, we killed a couple of cockroaches. You could hear people through the ceiling and walls. The only good things were the view from the window and the front desk clerk was nice. My suggestion is to spend the extra money on a nicer place to stay in South Beach

Aged, dirty, paint peeling inside and out, poor customer service, laundry facility a disaster

Really excited about seeing the Miami Beach area. This property didn’t live up to expectations set by pictures depicted. Services and amenities were poor and we gave up caring after the first couple of days. Halls, carpets, walls were all very dirty. Every encounter with staff was horrible. Staff didn’t care. Overall terrible experience capped off by slow and filthy elevators that had missing floor buttons and stained ceilings. One of the elevators broke on the last day we were there and after waiting fifteen minutes we gave up and walked. This property is aged and worn and we will never go there again. If you are visiting Miami please find another option.
