The hot tub is open and is expected to close on December 1, 2025. The pool is currently closed and is scheduled to open in late March/early April. Please see the pool and hot tub schedule and hours below.

Come and relax after a busy day of sightseeing, rafting, hiking, biking, jeeping, or golfing. This clean and comfortable unit with lots of extra amenities will add to your vacation experience in Moab.

Each bedroom has a TV and there is a loft with a TV as well. There is also a Xbox game console!

The master bedroom is located on the ground level and has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a desk and chair available in the master bedroom if you need to get some work done during your stay. The ground level also consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room, half bathroom, and washer and dryer room.

The two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. The loft overlooks the living area and contains a hideaway sofa bed. Sheets are provided in the unit. A full bathroom is also located on the top floor.

The ground-level walk-out patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the Red Rock Rims.

The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab car show.

This is a corner unit - The garage depth is 19 FT and height is 7 FT 10 IN. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community where the unit is located) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Hot Tub Schedule:
Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025
Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend)
Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm
Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm
Open: Oct 2026 – Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm
*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th

Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th
Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.
