House has a fenced in private and peaceful backyard with a pool, hot tub, fire pit and covered deck. House has central air conditioning. The basement has a large screen TV, couches, ping pong and air hockey table. House is walking distance to synagogue and local churches. It is a five minute car ride to beach or 2 mile bike ride. It is two blocks from Main Street, Westhampton beach.
