Cozy Pigeon Meadow house on the Little Pigeon River, located minutes away from the five-mile strip. What better way than to wake up in the morning, sipping a glass of coffee on the back deck overlooking the river, going out back to play beanbag toss. Can't beat that!!! To get to Gatlinburg, we are just 11 miles away, 2 miles to The Island in Pigeon Forge, and 5 miles to Dollywood. We are close enough to all the fun attractions for you and your family to enjoy!

Cozy Pigeon Meadow house is a 3 bedroom w/ xtra bonus room/bedroom, 3 bath home set on the Pigeon Forge River with a secluded walking path along the river and throughout the meadow with large canopies of trees. There is a covered picnic area a stone's throw away from the house. Fishing, bicycling and kayaking is just a few steps away (bring your poles, gear and kayaks). We are an easy 2 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge, without the mountain type roads for your easy access. This beautiful home features all the amenities you need and a fully equipped kitchen (just bring groceries). Coffee is provided for you! Our home provides a "great room" environment and features that includes: 4 flatscreen TV's (living room and room closest to river has cable tv. The other two rooms has Netflix capabilities). We provide cable TV and free 75MB wi-fi. Beddings & towels are provided. Cozy Pigeon Meadow house will sleep 9. Kids Friendly cabin. There is covered parking for 4 vehicles underneath and 2 in driveway. Unfortunately, basketball hoop was swept away from a flood and now permanently banned from HOA due to liabilities.

The river beside the house provides great water play, slow current to relax in or float down river to many attractions. There is biking, hiking, grillin' out the front door. Minutes away from days of fun attractions and dining experiences in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Gatlinburg.

We enjoyed our weekend girls trip! Especially enjoyed eating on the back porch overlooking the river! It was very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The only thing we missed/needed was a pyrex casserole dish in the kitchen. Great email communication with the host prior to arrival. We did not need to contact her during our stay! Definitely would stay here again!

This place is amazing. Us and two other couples stay every year for Jeep Invasion and it is alway clean and very well taken care of. It’s conveniently located and has a parking area underneath the house. I highly recommend this place. We book the next year before we leave every year.

Betty even had hairdryer and bathroom essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) in each bathroom, night lights placed all around, extra blankets/bedding, and some essential kitchen items (like seasonings) that you could use. Growing up my grandparents would always bring me to Pigeon Forge. We celebrated every milestones up in the Smokey’s. To me, it was the happiest place on earth!!! When I finally had children of my own, I decided to purchase a cabin out in Pigeon Forge to give my children the same fun experiences I had growing up. We are making so many great memories together!

Why they chose this property

I was born in Chattanooga,Tennessee and was introduced by my grandparents to this beautiful town of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge..The Great Smoky Mountains! This was one of the places where we went as a family to celebrate Christmas...a place where our family came together. Years later, my sister Kim, who is a Realtor, sold us three lovely homes that we use on vacations and allow others to enjoy them. The houses have been fully updated and modernized with a feeling like you’re walking into a Ritz Carlton (not an old outdated cabin look). We provide our guests with all typical amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, blow dryer). The kitchen has the basic cookware that makes traveling a little lighter/easier if you plan for a longer stay. We also have an album that gives guests an idea of where to go eat and have fun. As a welcome from us, we provide chocolates, coffee (k-cups), and bottled water. What better way than waking up in the morning sipping a cup of coffee in the back patio overlooking and listening to the serene river?! We absolutely enjoy it and that’s why all three rentals are on the Little Pigeon River! Our goal is to make sure your stay is as comfortable as it is for us every time we visit. We have a great crew of helpers that will do their best to make sure YOUR stay is as comfortable and homey as possible. We thank you for visiting our site and look forward to having you all again!
