This is a relatively new house closed on Dec 30, 2017. Total 5 bedrooms accommodate 14 people without using the sofa and mattress. It’s only about 1.2 miles to Grand Park. We have purchased high-quality appliances, furniture, and bedding linens for this house. This is the best modern home for your stay!!!

- Five Bedrooms in total, and two of them with an individual bathroom.
- 3.5 bathrooms in total. The Master bedroom bathroom has a tub.
-Soaps, Towels, shampoo, Conditioners, and 3 hairdryers provided.
-Bedding linens provided. Covers, blankets for different seasons.
-Laundry room located on the second floor with brand new wash machine and dryer.
-Two stories living room with 75 inches smart TV.
-Wifi throughout the whole house.
-Kitchen with two ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwaves, and stove.
- All different sizes of pans you need. Toaster, coffee machine, slow cooker, high-pressure cooker, and silverware provided.
-Weber grill with an outside stove on the back patio.
-3 car garage.

Returning Customers

This VRBO feels like our home away from home! We are a group of event providers that often run events at a nearby location and stay at Qing's property every time we come to Westfield. She makes check in and all communication very easy, the property is always clean and welcoming and has enough space for our large group of adults. Highly recommended!

Returning guests!

Our group operates 4 different events at Grand Park every year, for the last several years we have returned to this home during our events because of it's convenience to grand park, because of the cleanliness of the home, and because of Qing the property manager who is always so great and easy to work with. This place is starting to feel like our home away from home and we highly reccommend!

Wonderful Spot

My family and I were super happy to find this property pretty last minute. The huge living area/kitchen was a perfect gathering spot for all of us to hang out and catch up. You can tell lot of thought was put into this home, from the layout to the decor. This truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend!

This house located in a neighborhood called Water's edge. it is a gorgeous neighborhood close to everything you will love. Clay Terrace Mall, Grand Park, Conner Prairie Interactive History Park, and some pretty great golf courses.
