Our property offers ample driveway and street parking, totaling 6 available spots. Please note that garage parking is not available, and parking on the neighbor's side is strictly prohibited. Double parking is also not permitted, as it violates house rules.

Noise Level:
No outdoor music is allowed after 9 pm. No parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJs, or karaoke are allowed outside.

Extra Guest Fee:
We kindly inform you that there is an additional fee of $50 per night for each guest beyond the 14th guest who is not listed in the reservation. It's important to note that guests are considered additional, even if they do not stay overnight. If your group exceeds 16 people, we kindly ask that you contact the host.

For your convenience, early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request.

Great Relaxing Location

Great property to relax and enjoy the yard. Great neighborhood and property was more than adequate for space. Onwer was great to communicate with and always quick to respond.

nice location and helpful owner

This is a nice house in westfield, convenient to restaurants, stores and trails. Owner responds quickly and is very helpful. Check in and out is easy. Love the screened porch, we spent much of our time there. Great backyard also.

Fabulous place to connect with family who live out of town!

This was a great place for our three families to gather for a holiday! We loved the huge dining room table that fit us all together. The bunk bed room was awesome for all of the kids! The game room was an awesome space to spend time. Don't hesitate to rent this property.
