Walk downstairs and past the tiki hut to the pristine sandy beach and warm gulf waters. This lovely condo has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, and 1 full bath. Enjoy sunny days on the beautiful beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico, swim in the heated pool, and relax in the hot tub.

You are just a short walk to famous St. Armands Circle for shopping, entertainment, and fabulous restaurants. For dining options, eat-in or enjoy outdoor grills near the beach with seating and a shaded tiki hut. Other amenities include two flat-screen TVs in the condo, free wifi and parking, a lounge area, a movie room, and gift shop.

This listing is for two units at Suntides which is available for a total of four weeks out of the year. Units are identical in square footage and setup, etc.

Unit 240: 03/16-03/23 and 03/23-03/30

Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. Units are thoroughly cleaned between guests. These stays are week long stays with from Saturday to Saturday.
