Located close to Broadway, Tanger Outlets, entertainment, dining, and of course, just minutes from the beautiful ocean, you are centrally located to most of Myrtle Beach's attractions. This property is located on the golf course with stunning views of the course from the private balcony. The condo can comfortably sleep 6 with (2) king beds and (1) Queen Bed. Great location and great price

A beautiful, clean, comfortable condo for a family stay. A short drive from the beach, with lots to do and see. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. If you've had enough of the beach there's a great pool area and place to BBQ. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we return to Myrtle Beach!

Great location for golf trip

Derek’s condo was extremely clean and perfectly located for our purposes - close to many golf courses, great restaurants and uncrowded beach access points! We also loved the choice of several pools in the development. Derek was easy to communicate with and made check-in and check-out super easy.

Great golf get away

Everything was very clean. Great location. Quite nice neighbors. Met Ron in his Man cave. Great when you run into fellow vets and Trumper. Bed's are very comfy.

In Myrtle Beach for baseball tournament and some golf. Location close to both as well as grocery, drug store and restaurants. Very clean and nicely updated.

Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about Derek and this condo! Best stocked place we have ever stayed…had everything we needed and then some! Great location, everything in the condo in immaculate condition, tons of room…I could go on and on. Easiest check in and check out we’ve ever had. Will definitely be back!
