Private individual rented in Berck plage 90m2 house with all comforts for 7 people maximum, 300 meters from the beach and near the media library, the casino, the crossroads market and rue Carnot.,
South facing terrace, small garden and large courtyard.

On the ground floor:
1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, 1 bathroom with wc, living room, dining room, kitchen.
Upstairs:
1 bedroom with 140x190.1 bed, bathroom with wc,
1 large bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and a 190 x 90 bed
Towels, pillowcases, fitted sheets and duvet covers not provided.

EQUIPMENT:

Television, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob with 4 gas burners, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron.

Lovely Stay in Berck

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It is very close to the beach and town centre. It is very well equipped and the bedrooms are large. We were 3 adults and 2 children. The host was very accommodating and friendly and I am sure we will be back!

Lovely little house

Good property for a family stay in beautiful Berck. Just two problems. The outside bins hadn't been emptied, wind had blown them over and I had to clear up the garden when we arrived. And the bathroom socket came out of the wall when I pulled a plug out! I'm 73yrs old and not particularly strong so a bit surprised to be charged for this! Beware.

bonjour merci pour votre séjour . pour répondre a vos remarques ,il est impossible que vous ayez du ramasser les ordures dans le jardin à votre arrivée car la conciergerie vous accueille à votre arrivée et n aurais pas laisser le jardin dans cet état pour vous accueillir . il est possible que pendant votre séjour la poubelle se soit renverser avec les tempêtes qu il y a à berck . pour la prise arrachée , vous avez introduit un chargeur dans la prise et celui ci n était pas adapté a la prise . il était trop gros !! donc impossible de la retirer sans tout arracher . d ou la nécessité de l intervention d une personne qui a passe du temps a sortir le chargeur de la prise et réinstaller la prise d ou facturation. bonne continuation au plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau cordialement

Altes Haus mit modrigem Geruch

Votre notation deux étoiles est un profond manque de respect pour l’investissement que nous effectuons pour cette maison…. Il est vrai qu une poignée de porte est cassée et que nous allons changer !! Il n y a pas d’odeur de moisissures car sinon bon nombre de vacanciers nous l’auraient signalé… mais bon je vous souhaite de trouver une location digne de vos exigences!! La moisissure qui semblait vous déranger derrière une porte n était que de la suie de la toute et de la trappe du grenier qui etait tombée après la nouvelle toiture que nous venons de refaire !! À bon entendeur

Séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Berck chez Christophe Poncet, la maison est très fonctionnelle et tout est prévu pour que nous passions un agréable séjour comme à la maison. La mer et les commerces se trouvent à quelques minutes à pieds, ce qui nous permet d’oublier la voiture. Nous avons pu rentrer la voiture dans l’allée, ce qui est un plus. Mention spéciale pour Gilles, qui nous a très bien accueilli et qui s’est montré très disponible lors de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain!

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans votre maison, bien équipée et bien située par rapport au bord de mer; nous avons pu garer notre voiture et notre remorque; juste un petit problème avec certains placards de la cuisine où il faut être très grand !!!

Le gîte est idéalement situé, à seulement quelques centaines de mètres du centre-ville et de la plage. L'endroit est très calme, parfait pour se détendre. Il se trouve également à proximité des grands axes, ce qui en fait un point de départ pratique pour découvrir la région. Tout est prévu pour passer quelques jours de vacances dans les meilleures conditions.

Schönes Haus und schöner Ort

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten zu viert sehr viel Platz. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Stadt ist wirklich sehr schön, toller Strand, nette Leute, Seerobben in Sichtweite; was will man mehr.
