Kay we were so sorry this happened. There were Wi-Fi issues by spectrum in the entire complex for several days. I recently spoke with a friend who said the issues had just recently within the past several days been solved. So sorry this was beyond our control and since that time we have placed three Roku TVs in the unit so that there is no issue with local cable. It's all a one stop shop now with the Roku as long as the Wi-Fi is up and it usually is. Again, we're so sorry. I understand the frustration with Wi-Fi outages, but beyond our control. Please come back to see us again. We love our repeat guests.

This location was awesome and right in the middle of Pinehurst. Beautiful view of the lake and in close proximity to dozens of golf courses in the area. Also very close to shopping, bars, restaurants, etc...The host was very accomdating and responsive to any questions we had and provided detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. Additionally, she ensured that the property was cleaned and ready for us even though there was a major tropical storm that hit the area the day before our arrival. This property is highly recommended for anyone staying in the Pinehurst area!!!!!

nice place to stay

The unit was very clean. it was just right for 4 senior golfers, 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms 4 beds. the kitchen and living room were well equipped and had all that was needed. The best was the balcony overlooking the lake was grand. Sitting out there at night having a few adult beverages the view across the lake was spectacular of the homes all lite up at night.

We enjoyed our stay in every way - beautiful condo on right on the lake. Spotlessly clean and so tastefully decorated. We felt right at home with all the ameities. We had everything we needed! Location is close to the village shops and restaurants. We hope to stay again when we visit beautiful Pinehurst!

Great Golf stay on the Lake

We rented this home while we were in Pinehurst for my daughter's golf tournament. It was great! She had early tee times so it was really nice to have a comfortable place on the lake to come back to and relax. We feel like we have found our go to for future trips to the area. Great stay!

My husband and I, plus one friend, traveled to Pinehurst for Thanksgiving. The view from the condo is gorgeous, but unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy t h e spacious deck. Beds were very comfortable and the heater in the primary bathroom was a welcome delight. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We plan to return.enjoy the spacious deck

My parents stayed here last year AND this year because they had such pleasant experience. They did this year as well. Their only complaint this time was that the TV was slow to start up/connect to channels 3 days into their stay, and completely stopped connecting thereafter. WiFi went down too, but re-start worked. The TV had issues connecting back with WiFi though and they were unable to watch TV the rest of the stay.

Glad you enjoyed your stay!! Pinehurst North Carolina is very hot in the summertime. We recommend leaving the air down pretty low and that's why we have fans in all bedrooms and on the porch. But you definitely have to turn it down more than you might at home. Come back and see us!!

Fantastic View

I booked this property for my parents to stay during their visit. The property was nicely stocked with all the kitchen items they needed to cook their own meals amongst all other amenities. The best part was the view - my dad paints with watercolor and he absolutely loved the view from the balcony. He had a ton of fun painting the view. He wants to book this place again next year when he and my mom visit the area again. Hopefully the schedules line up. Overall, they had a GREAT experience staying here.

Absolute Perfection!

My husband and I booked our stay as part of a weekend getaway to meet up with my siblings and their spouses. My siblings stayed in hotels but I've gotten spoiled to the comfort, privacy and amenities of a VRBO so I found this gem on the lake and couldn't resist. It was everything we were looking for. My husband is hard to impress and he couldn't stop talking about how relaxing it was to sit on the balcony overlooking the lake and drinking his morning coffee, reading a book or just watching the ducks and cranes come and go as the sun was setting. It was absolute perfection. I already know where I want to stay on my next reunion weekend!

We traveled to Pinehurst to visit family over the Thanksgiving holiday, and we loved the condo upon arrival. Tastefully decorated, well-maintained, immaculately clean, and located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood...the kids dubbed it our "new home". Kristi thought of everything we could've needed, and she provided excellent arrival/departure instructions as well as a list of nearby amenities. She was also only a text away with our questions or concerns, and was very understanding when we unfortunately had to head home earlier than we anticipated. We truly cannot say enough good things about our experience and hope we'll get to enjoy it again soon--thank you!

Husband and I headed south to meet up with family and rented this condo. High marks for cleanliness and stocked pretty well with small items you might need. This is not a place I would want to go with small children, however, we were looking forward to spending time at the pool with family until we read that absolutely no guests were allowed at the pool--apparently they know based on cameras and your pool pass fob (which our fob did not work) -- subject to a hefty fine. I wish we would have known this ahead of time. Since any pool time meant time away from family, we limited it to about one hour--where we practically had the pool to ourselves. Note: Pack your own pool towels. If you are a golfer, you will love the location, unfortunately, there are no sidewalks/paths for walking or biking. We had to work around a broken drawer in the small kitchen, which I'm sure is fixed by now. The tv was also experiencing some issues in which the audio would start repeating so badly we would end up turning it off. It was quiet and comfortable and met our needs.

I am so sorry about the broken drawer. With the US Open, it had been hard to get a repairman. It is fixed now. The pool is completely usable by guests staying in the unit, but not by visitors not staying in the complex. That rule would be the same no matter what pool you are using. If the pool were open to the public it would make pool use a nightmare so I appreciate that rule whole heartedly. We were unaware that your pool fob did not work and since you used the pool, it must have. If you had contacted me, there is another pool fob that I could have directed you to or remedied any mechanical issues. I am so sorry the community did not live up to your expectations:(. We find the pool to be a real plus in the summer for guests and the location ultra convenient for golfers.

Spiders and bees and roaches

I’m sure this place has potential to be nice. Previous people had enjoyed it but, it was absolute mess when I was there. Swarms of bees at the entrance and spiders everywhere. The balcony was completely covered with spider webs. I went out and used a broom to get rid of them all and the next day, they were already back. There was zero chance of enjoying the nice lake view from the patio unless I wanted to be covered in cobwebs. If only it ended outside. There was also spider inside the master bedroom and when I went to do some dishes, there was a giant cockroach in the dishwasher to greet me. Absolutely gross. And the pool is empty, no water at all. It’s just cement and closed off. We chose this place because it looked nice and had good reviews but, I would think twice. I tried to contact the host about the issues and concerns and was told that “it’s just pollen season” and there was nothing that she could do. “Everyone LOVES my place so it’s just you”. Well, everyone else clearly didn’t have to deal with an insect infestation but, if you want to stay with a place overrun with bees and spiders and roaches go ahead. She wouldn’t work with me at all and there was no way I was letting my wife stay there. She’s terrified of bees and spiders. I tried to explain that as well and again, sorry that’s pollen season, usually it’s great. No concern for the current situation. So, I found somewhere else to stay in Pinehurst and guess what, same season, zero bees/spiders/roaches

Brian, we explained from your first complaint that pollen season in NC is messy. The outside of the unit is wood siding, and for about a month in the spring carpenter bees appear (they are only interested in the wood). The inside, as well as the outside porches are meticulously cleaned by our amazing cleaning service before guests arrive. I think you were spot on when you said that you cleaned the spider webs, and they were back the next day:( That is also a springtime issue that goes away. I requested to see pictures of any bugs inside so that I could have an exterminator come ASAP but unfortunately, you never provided those photographs to me. My cleaning service looked high and low for bugs on the inside when they were cleaning after your stay and saw none. The cleaning service did say there was a bit of a brown leaf in the dishwasher not a roach . I also called VRBO to see what our options were for refunding your money and explained that you were welcome to leave but VRBO processes refunds. They called you to discuss this and you hung up on them. The pool is not advertised to be open on the off-season. It is generally only open after Memorial Day through Labor Day, and sometimes even that can be delayed. We are so sorry that you did not enjoy our place or your stay because we have had nothing but years of happy customers and repeat visitors. We are always available (24 hours a day) as I was to you and willing to do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, we cannot control the out of doors and spring season.

Lake View

This is an excellent condo that overlooks Pinehurst Lake!! Sitting on the balcony is so enjoyable as well as the view from the living room and master bedroom. The location is close to The Village and surrounding areas. Have stayed here multiple times and will return!!!
