This luxury villa is located in CRYSTAL LAKE Resort in Kissimmee. It is a gated secure development with regular Security Patrol.
The property is a single storey, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a private pool. Crystal Lake Resort has a Club house, children's playground, fully equipped gym and larger swimming pool.

Pool heat is not included in the price it is an additional $50 per night if you need it. (Must Order For Your Whole stay).

The property is fully air conditioned with décor which has recently been fully upgraded. There is a formal dining room and breakfast room seating up to 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with nice appliances - a microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove and waste disposal. The living area has nice sofas and a HD TV. The villa also has a washer and dryer.

Master bedroom has a King size bed with HD TV as well as a full attached bathroom with double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and a shower stall..
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed with a TV.
There are twin single beds in bedrooms 3 and 4 with a family size bathroom along the hall.

The club house / community centre is equipped with table tennis, air hockey and a pool table in addition to the gym.

No pets and no smoking.

Crystal Lake is excellently positioned within an average of 10 minutes to all major theme parks - Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are all easily accessible. Very close to 192.

It is also on the doorstep of Route192 which has dinner shows such as Medieval Times, Capones and Arabian Nights.

Maybe a trip to the Old Town would suit with classic cars on show every Friday and Saturday evening in this quaint old USA style street. Fun Spot is next door with human catapult and many other exciting attractions such as Go Karting or maybe even try to stay on the Rodeo Bull.

All in all this villa is located close to all the action Orlando can offer.
