Our home is approximately 6 miles up the 4x4 beach at the wide North Swan Beach - Pool, elevator and hot tub.

You will find comfort and upscale living in this beautifully appointed new home. Level three offers large open concept living with incredible ocean and beach views. A 75 " 4K UltraTV. An elevator for bringing up groceries to the spacious kitchen with large island, double ovens and a coffee/wine bar. The dining table is oversized with seating for the entire family with windows that allow you to watch the ocean. A beautiful deck with extensive ocean and beach views. A top floor ocean view Master King bedroom with a tray ceiling, sliding glass door access to the deck, and bathroom with large walk in shower with double shower heads, double sinks and private toilet room.
