Mermaid Magic ground level 3bed/3bath half duplex in KCB with dockage & cabana club

Beautiful ground level spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom duplex. Updated kitchen with gorgeous wood cabinets and stainless appliances. This home features a master bedroom with king bed and private bath, guest bedroom with two twins, and second guest bedroom with queen bed and private bath. This property also has a roll away and queen sleeper sofa. Both private bathrooms feature showers and the guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo. This property has access to the exclusive Cabana Club. Some bonus features are: 37.5ft of dockage with fish cleaning station, internet, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, bait freezer and covered parking!

Have a large group and need another house? Check out Tropical Breezes, Island Time, A Cut Above and Latitude Adjustment. These are all on the same street and walking distance to each other.

No rvs, campers or motorhomes. This property can hold up to 3 vehicles if no trailers, if bringing a trailer then 1 trailer and up to 2 vehicles will fit.There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Great location on the channel

Fished in the backyard, 2 manatees came up to the dock and let us pet them. Saw a shark, eel and jellyfish in the channel. Quiet neighborhood, would love to stay longer.

If you sleep well on soft beds, pick this one.

Clean nice place. Beds were really soft and hard for me to get sleep, but others may prefer. Wish the host had some paddle boards, kyakes or bikes for guests use. That would have made the trip. Great fun on Canal.

Where's the Magic

Property needed a bit of love- primary bedroom was very dusty, both sets of sheets had stains on them, shower had mold, all (nonstick on) pans was nonexistent.Property manager tried to resolve the situation and sent cleaner back on Sunday.

Best Key Colony Trip Ever!

We stayed a whole month & it was great! The layout of this 3 BRM & 3 bth rental was split having the kitchen separate the master suite from the rest of the area.- and very spacious. Also enjoyed the eat-in kitchen island for meal prep & gathering . Plus two bathrooms were en-suite which is very desirable when having 2-3 couples together. The use of Cabana Club facilities (pool, beach, bar & grill ) is what makes Key Colony out “ go to” every Keys trip. Will be returning!

The property was excellent. The location was perfect, beds were comfortable, 4 of us stayed it was enough space, larger kitchen with everything you need. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about staying here. We will be back again next year.

Great place

This is a great property that is professionally managed and is in a great location. It is well equipped and on Key Colony, which is kind of an island, away from an island. My family and I would stay at this property again.
