"Welcome to Ocean House 1701 in the heart of Gulf Shores on West Beach Blvd. This large 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is the ideal spot for a family vacation. Notably, it features two master suites, both with balcony access. The king master suite with lagoon views and an attached bath and the gulf front master suite with balcony views and a Jack and Jill bath provide exceptional comfort and convenience. The third bedroom has two twin beds with an attached bath, ensuring a relaxing retreat for the whole family.
The complex offers a heated pool, adding to the amenities for guests' enjoyment. For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. Reservations made after October 1st vary between three or seven nights based on unit specifications.
Parking passes,
Are obtained onsite, are valid for 7 days. If the reservation extends beyond 7 days, an additional parking pass is required to be purchased onsite (maximum of 2).
Linens and towels are provided, though guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of essential items. One roll of tissue, paper towels, and trash bags.
