Come away and relax at our sought-after Beach Walker villa located on the south end of Amelia Island. If you are looking for the perfect spot for your next vacation, this beautiful 4-bedroom villa on the grounds of the Amelia Island Plantation is it!

Enjoy gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean from the main living area and kitchen. One of two private balconies can be accessed from the dining area, where you'll enjoy views throughout the day. The kitchen has been tastefully updated and is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation during your visit.

The bedrooms are nicely decorated and have been recently updated with new furniture and bed linens. On the top level of this multi-level condo is the primary bedroom with a king size bed, attached bathroom, flat screen TV, and beautiful views. On the top level is also a bedroom with a new double bed. From these two bedrooms, enjoy access to the larger private open balcony with great seating and views.

There are two other bedrooms in the condo, one with a king size bed and the other with two twin beds. All fresh linens are provided for our guests. Two full bathrooms are on the same level as these bedrooms, and all bath towels are provided.

The Beach Walker complex is a desirable location in the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) and this villa is specifically situated in the "up front" buildings, with the best views and closest to beach access. With this rental, guests enjoy access to the spacious, renovated Beach Walker complex pool that is just a short walk away. This pool offers a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area.

The gated AIP is a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP.

While at 1192 Beach Walker, you can also enjoy the acclaimed walking/biking trails, reserve spa services, or visit the shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants nearby. Guests also like venturing to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 20-minute drive north) to explore and feast at the eclectic dining options.

Golf is available at many great courses in the area, with Little Sandy and Oak Marsh on the resort being the most convenient. Bike and golf cart rentals are offered at Amelia's Wheels at the resort shopping village.

Tour operators on island offer kayak excursions, boat rides, sailing trips, paddle board lessons, deep sea fishing, and more. Guests can also find surfing lessons nearby.
