Casa de la Perla is a beautiful newer ocean-view home in two stories, professionally decorated. The ground level features two master suites, each with a king bed and private bathroom with a 50" LED Smart TV, with its own balcony. You will also find 2.5 baths, laundry room, kitchen, dining, and pool area.

The 2nd level, downstairs, features two additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a basic gym, so you don’t have to skip your training on your holidays. The bedrooms on this level feature a queen bed and the other has two twin beds, that can be joint into a king bed upon request.

This property is for up to 8 people sleeping comfortably. Each room has its own outdoor terrace with a nice seating area and table to take in the views and enjoy the sunsets.

The kitchen features Professional Series stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wood cabinetry. There is a breakfast bar with seating for 4. In the kitchen, you will find a spacious dining table with seating for 8 and a sectional sofa in front of a large 58" LED Smart TV to enjoy your favorite show.

The beautiful infinity-edge swimming pool will leave you more than refreshed as you take in the truly breathtaking view above the waves, beaches, coves, and estuaries of gorgeous Playa Tamarindo.
