Super beautiful property! We had an amazing time, I brought a group of 8 friends for a slumber party and festival event. Our host was great with communication and check in was easy. We made a ramen bar in the kitchen and had coffee in the morning together and really was all in all a great time. Loved that the rooms had extra bedding and beds so we didnt all have to share beds as well with such a large group, it was really a perfect birthday trip!

Ryan the host was very responsive to questions and provided good information about the area. We loved the original woodwork, doors and the butlers pantry. They were true to the era of the house. The tile work for updating was beautifully done. The quality of amenities was as expected and the art and furnishings were eclectic and interesting. The shower was tall and had good water pressure. Close to food and entertainment.

Ryan greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the property. It's a beautiful Craftsman style apartment with plenty of room for a family. If you plan on cooking while there, I think he has every spice you want.

Ryan was an excellent host! Friendly, great communication, and accommodating when I and my middle aged co-guests’ old eyes needed brighter light bulbs to play a game in the living room. Location is a great home base for exploring Riverwest, East Side and beyond. The space’s decor is as cool if not cooler than it appears in the listing photos, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
