Beautiful setting on the Intracoastal Waterway! Sleeps 6

Quiet location on the Intracoastal Waterway, enjoy the view from the deck or the private dock! One half mile from public boat ramp or a couple miles to the beach so bring your kayak, SUP, fishing rods and golf clubs. It is all about the VIEW. ICW home with private fishing pier. This location is also close to so many things..5 minutes to putting your beach chair on the beautiful sands of of Ocean Isle, numerous golf courses, restaurants, and a multitude of services and conveniences. The best is the walk on your own pier & to sit & watch the boats cruise buy on the ICW. Or just enjoy crabbing and fishing.

The house is listed as 3 bedroom/2 bath which includes the downstairs suite.. There is a 6 PERSON MAXIMUM INCLUDING CHILDREN.
3 VEHICLE MAXIMUM INCLUDING BOAT TRAILER


PLEASE NOTE - we do not provide linens or towels. Master is Queen, Second upstairs bedroom is King, Downstairs suite is Queen.

ATTENTION BOATERS - There are no docking facilities. You will need to put in and out daily at the public ramp nearby. Please let owner know if you plan on bringing a boat so that parking options can be discussed. There is no way to turn a boat trailer around in the driveway or at the house.

For Dog Owners: if you want to take your dog to the beach on Ocean Isle: All dogs must be on a leash, contained or fenced at all times. NO DOGS allowed on the beach strand from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day. No Dogs allowed at any time in Public Access/Parking Areas. The Town does have a Pooper Scooper Ordinance.

If bringing a pet, must be less than 50 lbs. keep dog on grounds and out of neighbors yard. Please clean up after them.

Beach Vacation

My family enjoyed this rental so much that we have already booked for next summer! It was exactly as described and everything that we needed. We probably spent the most time on the pier and the king size bed was super comfy. Cant wait until our next stay!

Instructions were not sent to my email on check in or check out. Upstairs storm door didn't not close, plunger ripped away from wood. Nails coming out of the outside floor deck. And huge Cockroach in kitchen!! Lights outside, were coming out of ceiling. I liked the location.

Spring Getaway

We loved the house in Ocean Isle Beach. The house is right on the Intracoastal Waterway with a nice pier to enjoy the sun. This location was perfect for my wife and I to unwind. Ocean Isle Beach is a short drive away making day trips very easy. We hope to go back again soon.

Great Stay

My husband and I just spent this past week at Bill's place on the ICW. We had a wonderful time. The home was perfect for our needs. It was a lot of fun to fish from the pier, watch the boats go by, and admire the dolphins. The neighbors were very kind, but not intrusive. We hope to stay again soon.

Great Escape

The men of the house enjoyed easy access to fishing. Nice pier, chairs and lighting. Location very convenient to stores and restaurants. House had everything we needed.

A week at the beach

This was our second summer at this property and are already planning next summer's vacation. We love the location of the house and just the house in general! We stayed from Sunday to Saturday and enjoyed all things beach, fishing, crabbing, etc. We even had time for a little puttputting and go cart racing. We will definitely be back next year! Kids are 6 and 9.

Long overdue vacation

The first vacation we've had in at least 4 years. Great view ,neighbors and location. Just sitting on the dock all day fishing and watching boats go by. Very nice house with all the amenities anyone could want. This was one of the best vacations I have ever had. Thank you Mr Cain. Looking forward to booking again.

Relaxation, Peace and Serenity

Bill, thank you for being very communicative and sharing your home. We loved the view from the deck, yard and dock. It was great just to sit on the deck watching the boats and hummingbird visiting the feeder. The serenity is wonderful! It’s very hard to find at the beach. The pantry was stocked more than we were expecting. Everything was clean and smelled nice. Caught some fish from the dock. Stores are close by for anything that is needed. The breeze on the deck is DIVINE

Overall, it's got what you need, but was not impressed with cleanliness. The little ground floor suite smelled so badly of mildew (didn't see any but you could smell it) we couldn't use it for a bedroom so we had two bedrooms and one bath instead of three beds and two baths. But, sitting on the deck and the pier and enjoying that perpetual breeze off the water, watching the ongoing boating exhibitions out there, was very enjoyable. You will need to rent linens, BTW. There's a great assortment of spices and cooking supplies, which saved us some unnecessary expense.

Home away from home is a true statement in regards to this place. We just completed our stay for the 3rd year in a row and have already booked for next summer! Our family of four loves everything about this house: the location, the cleaniness, and the convenience. We spent almost every day at the beach and every day fishing on the pier at the house. Not too mention, we even got some swims in on the waterway. We cannot wait to go back next year!

The house has a beautiful property but is in need of updating. Our pillows and mattress protector were dirty and the downstairs smelled damp. The housekeeper also didn’t launder the blanket on the bed and it was dirty and stained but was clean after we ran it through the washer. The house is in a convenient location and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the pier and spent as much time outdoors enjoying the view.
