Newly renovated private clean bedroom adjoining a new bathroom with its own private entrance from a second room. 14-50 NEMA Plugin for your electric car. A small coffee area. Mini refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Cuisinart blender, hot pad burner, heater, Air conditioner, Keurig coffee maker, and a pack and play. Almost everything you need in a kitchen minus a kitchen sink. King size bed in one room. A pool and newly landscaped backyard and patio with a BBQ is available to use. Owners live on the property and the rooms are attached to the house. Please be respectful and parties are not welcomed. Located 5-7 min. off Hwy 50 in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Harley friendly. Close to restaurants, golf, rafting, hiking, biking, skiing, museums, gold mines, casinos, and parks. It's 4.5 miles to downtown historic Placerville, 9.1 miles to Apple Hill, 64 miles to South Lake Tahoe, 54 miles from Sacramento, and 6.2 Miles to Coloma with wineries surrounding the area.

A great stay

Renee’s place was very nice, very clean and a great bed. Good amenities. Cooking and dishes are a little tricky in the tighter space. The room you enter in is the second bedroom that isn’t part of the 1 bedroom rental so you have to keep that clean. The main bed is right on the other side of the owners front door and can be a little noisy when they leave and enter the house.

Quiet, Peaceful getaway

We were looking for a quiet, pet friendly base for visiting the Gold Country and wineries. Between the barbecue and lovely deck, pool area and the room amenities, we were able to prepare most of our meals which was very helpful as the property is a fair distance from town. The pool looked nice but we did not take advantage of it as we didn't want to leave our dog in the room while we swam and we were afraid she would try to join us in the ,pool which would be frowned upon.

Why they chose this property

Have yourself an experience that is an upscale from your hotel or motel experience. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Private entrance to a clean bedroom that will be used only for entering and exiting and a second private bedroom with 1 bathroom with a new shower. The backyard, beautiful deck with a country view and pool is available. Please let me know if you will want to use the pool area so I can give you your privacy. My boys are here 50% of the time and want to respect both our privacies.

What makes this property unique

I have had a lot of fun decorating and making up this space to be a cozy place in the country yet luxurious home like private setting. I have a very friendly dog. Let me know if I need to lock him up before you arrive or he will most likely greet you. You enter into the 2nd room. The 1st bedroom has most of the amenities with the king size bed. That is the room you pay for, for 2 people. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Please do not sleep in it unless you want to pay $25 extra for it.
