Tulums Adults Only Paradise! Luxury Condominium with a patio & a river swimup right outside of the bedroom. The condominium is close to the beach and to the downtown area. The condominium has 1 bedroom, full kitchen, dining & living room area with 1.5 bathrooms.

The condominium has a beautiful swimming pool area with a shared jacuzzi, a pool bar. It is close to public beaches, restaurants, wine bar, shopping centers and to the downtown area in Tulum.

This Condominium is located on the same property as the former Intima Resort.

Mak Nuk Village is a clothing optional property. For the most part, the common pool and hot tub are the only areas where you might see someone naked.

Very nice

This property is excellent! The check in process was super smooth and easy. The place is really well laid out and nice. The bed wasn’t my favorite, but this is a personal preference. This is an adult establishment as advertised, and is utilized as such, so keep that in mind. The whole place and atmosphere is very tranquil and nice. I would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit was clean and comfortable, with great views of the garden and swim ups. The patio was very private surrounded by palms. The kitchen was fully equipped and definitely a plus for the pueblo location. Hiram the property manager was there to greet us as we arrived from our flight and set us up for the week with a bicycle rental which we used every day. He made himself easily contactable through Whatsapp with any questions or concerns during our stay. We felt very safe in this location with 24 hour security at this walled in location.

The unit is amazing!! The pool area is gorgeous. A little maintenance is required. The maid service could be a little better. Otherwise loved it. Will be back for sure!!!

I wanted to like this place....

Neighborhood very dirty, poor, trash everywhere. Hit by odor of burning garbage outside condo then mildew smell inside the condo. If I tried to air it out the garbage would come in. Really hard for folks with asthma! I told them but no concession was offered. Later the property manager came into our condo w his wife without telling us. He sent me a text saying that his wife has asthma as was not bothered by it and how could it be the condo odor if I wasn’t there(at the time he was)?Pretty unprofessional. We asked for fresh towels and were refused. Told us that they only changed them out every 3 days in addition to room cleaning. For a high priced condo, we expected more. Twice during our 4 night stay the water did not work. There was nothing in the condo such as salt pepper paper towels...the basic stuff. The pool scene was ridiculous with people drunk and fighting by 1 pm. If you can imagine clothing optional...The noise levels increased at night after people were good and drunk. Blaring music, loud laughing, etc until 1 am. The quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am. Didn’t seem to matter. Also inappropriate activities in the Jacuzzi. Gross! Barkeep Nestor behind the bar deserves 5 stars for his patience. He is a really nice guy working hard for his family. The condo was as pictured but had shoddy, frayed, orange beach towels, and a hard bed and pillows. It was spacious and felt cold and uncomfortable. The management here is split so you can’t depend on the front desk for anything. I would not rent a place managed by these folks. For them to suggest I was faking asthma was unbelievable! They also said our condo was the only one w the water down. We found out later that this was not true. We also waited 45 minutes for our checkout guy to arrive. Nobody showed up so we finally left as we had a schedule to keep. It seems there is an all inclusive package available in these condos w drink, food and lodging. Maybe that's why so many people were so inebriated.
