This 950 sq. ft. condo ensures a relaxed stay with all amenities. Conveniently on the 1st floor, near the 4th hole of the golf course, it's a peaceful space. Park 2 cars easily. A Schlage keyless entry system adds convenience.

Inside, a charming beach-style design with bright pastels welcomes you. The kitchen is fully stocked and renovated, equipped with tableware, cookware, a blender, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Dining out? Destin's eateries are close. Next to it, a stacked washer/dryer adds practicality.

The living/dining area accommodates 6, with 2 bar stools overseeing the kitchen. A queen-size sleeper sofa and chairs invite relaxation after beach activities. A smart TV with Cox Preferred Cable and streaming options caters to entertainment. High-speed WiFi (50 Mbps down, 5 Mbps up) is inclusive. Step onto the deck for views of the golf course.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, smart TV, and ample closet space. Its attached bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower with seat and grab bar. The guest bedroom offers a double and a twin bed, with a smart TV for convenience. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. A starter package covers essentials like toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry tablets, dryer sheets, dishwashing pods, and trash liners. For extended stays beyond 2-3 days, additional supplies might be necessary. A new AC unit was installed on Aug 25, 2023.

Conveniently access pools, tennis courts, grills, and the golf course. Walk to tennis or a shortcut to Louisiana Lagniappe. Near the restaurant and marina, the Destin Water Taxi is available for $5 one-way or $10 round trip to Harborwalk Village and more. Reservations can be made at the Destin Water Taxi website.

Five pools are within walking or short driving distance. Enjoy 2 heated pools and 3 hot tubs in fall/winter. Charcoal grills, ice machines, and vending machines are strategically located (no grilling on deck/parking lot). Marina space is available for boats; reservations through Sandpiper Cove website are advised.

The beach is approximately 0.4 miles away, accessible through the complex and Gulf Shore Drive crosswalk. A private lot designated for beach access is another option. Rick's Sand Trap Beach Bar & Grill offers American cuisine, snacks, drinks, and seafood during high season.

Pools operate from 9 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week.

Close to beach

Unit clean as described. Plenty of bath towels. Washer and dryer in unit was very nice and worked well. A/C worked well. Would suggest providing more beach towels (1 per guest but they get wet from pool/beach) so would be nice to have more of a supply. Pools very nice.walk to Beach short and amenities overall very good

Great Location

We really like this property. It was near everything. (Harbor Walk, Stores and Restaurants. We wished that the unit had at least one dedicated marked parking space. (For either a car or golf cart) The additional spaces could be used for a second car/cart. This would be a property problem not the owners. Our unit backed the 4th hole for golf and was great to play. We had a couple of clubs/balls in the unit to use. The unit came with two beach chairs and umbrella too. We had a rainy week but got in pool and beach days. Everything worked in the unit and was clean with no problems at all. The owner was just a phone call away if needed. We had a great time. We would stay here again.

In 2022, I made the move from Dallas to Chattanooga, starting a new chapter. I had previously relocated from Atlanta to Dallas in 2020 during the pandemic. As of 2022, I began teaching in the art department at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I have a thing for collecting VHS tapes, which fits well with my background in visual art. I also enjoy being a VRBO host, giving guests a chance to take a break from their routines.

I've done my fair share of exploring, crisscrossing various parts of the United States and even delving into international travels across Europe, South and Central America. Some standout places for me include Maine, Costa Rica, Denmark, Peru, Italy, and the Czech Republic. Yet, my earliest beach memories stem from Destin, a place my family frequented when I was young. The condo, which used to belong to my grandparents, has a special spot in our hearts. To honor their legacy, we've decided to share this space, offering others the opportunity to enjoy Destin's beaches and attractions.
