Dear Bode, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the experience you described during your stay. We take cleanliness and guest satisfaction very seriously, and it's clear we fell short in your case. Your concerns about the apartment's condition have been noted, and we will address them with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure our standards are met. We appreciate your communication during your stay and regret that we weren't able to resolve the issues to your satisfaction. If you decide to stay with us again, please reach out directly, and we'll do our best to ensure a better experience. Regards, Benchmark Management.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustrations you experienced during your stay as this is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive early and not be able to check in sooner, especially after being told we would notify you when the property was ready. While check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 PM, we always do our best to accommodate early arrivals when possible. In this case, it is clear that our communication could have been better, and we are sorry for the confusion and delay. We are also truly sorry to hear that the condition of the property did not meet your expectations. The cleanliness concerns, maintenance issues, and the unexpected change to the door code are unacceptable and will be addressed with our housekeeping and operations teams right away. Lastly, we understand your frustration about the listing description. While the property is very close to the beach, we never intend to mislead and will review the listing to ensure it is as clear and accurate as possible going forward. We truly regret that this impacted what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We value your feedback and hope for the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future. Regards, Benchmark Management
