Welcome to "Sandy Cheeks" on Folly Beach! This home was built for the perfect beach vacation! The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and numerous decks to enjoy the ocean breezes. Rooftop deck includes beautiful ocean views and picturesque sun sets. The fenced in yard is perfect for the family pet who is welcome to enjoy Folly Beach as well! We gladly accept all pets and have no breed restrictions so everyone can enjoy the beach! Only a short walk to the beach access is great for families and only a short bike ride to Center Street 916 East Arctic will be a repeat vacation destination for years to come!

The top floor has a large living area with flat-screen tv and ample seating for the family. The owners have added all of their personal touches with creative artwork to give the home a great coastal feel. The top floor includes the master bedroom with queen bed and attached master bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom upstairs has queen bed. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining with center island, large dining table and access to the back porch with outdoor dining options. The back yard also includes a charcoal grill for guest to enjoy. Upgraded appliances in the kitchen are perfect for even the most discerning family chef.

Downstairs includes three bedrooms, two with queen beds and a kids room with two twins. The living area downstairs has flat-screen tv to provide to living areas with entertainment options. Living area also include twin daybed for additional sleeping options.

Folly Beach is a very pet friendly community with many restaurants and stores that open their outside areas to our four-legged friends. Located on a few miles from historic downtown Charleston a week may not be long enough to enjoy all 916 East Arctic and the South Carolina Lowcountry has to offer. Home is on a quiet one-way street that is perfect for biking and walking. Pet friendly with pet fee of $125 plus tax, per pet. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Contact us with any questions. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

Great Spot for a larger group

Perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. Kids rooms in the basement were perfect, location is about a mile walk to the restaurants which was fine. Super safe and the neighbors are great. Would definitely come again.

Sandy Feet Delight

We can’t wait to come back for a third time!

This was our second time staying here and we still love it. The house sleeps several people , and there is room for everyone to spread out when they need a little quiet time. Great place for our dogs. Very pet friendly, clean and a very short walk to the beach. We look forward to returning soon.

Layout of the home is perfect for a large group and very grandkid friendly

The house accommodated the size of our group perfectly with everyone having enough private space (especially for grandkids naps, etc.). Location to the beach is perfect and just a quick walk away, our kids loved it. While we enjoyed the house, it needs a very thorough cleaning.

Came to Folly Beach for the first time. The location of the house was great, proximity to beach was fabulous, Had 8 adults and an 11 month old. House was plenty spacious and furnishings were comfortable Roof top deck was nice. A great time was had by all! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved the house, so close to the beach, fenced in yard for the dogs, plenty of room for everyone! We loved the big dining room table and the back deck. I especially liked the screened in front porch. We do wish we were provided more toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. With how much you pay for a visit it would be good to have extras of these items an to not have to buy more of them. The lint screen in the dryer sticks up to high and several items of clothing got holes in them so that should be fixed. Overall it was a fabulous house!!

The house was a great size and had everything we needed. Super close to the beach. Decorated really cute and well kept up. Everything worked great! Love Folly Beach! Our first visit but we will definitely be making it a yearly trip.

Great location on Folly

The location of this house is great. Right across the street from beach access. The rooftop deck is a great space. The furniture needs to be replaced and more comfortable up there. Overall the house is comfortable for a girls weekend trip. Would not be ideal for blended families.
