Heated tile floors in living area, kitchen and master bath are a real luxury. There is a separate studio off the front porch area of the main home with a king bed, living area, flat screen tv, sectional with full size pull out bed, full bath, kitchenette and dining area. This studio is perfect for those who still want to be part of the group but need a little more privacy. Pool area has a banquet style buffet counter with built in Stainless BBQ to make group lunches & dinners effortless. 3 sets of French doors open to pool deck. Conveniently located utility room has full size, front loading washer/dryer. Your family will be able to relax and not be on top of each other in this spacious estate. At the end of the day the peaceful, marsh views await you from the screened porch while you lay in the hammock, and if a crackling fire suits you then the screened porch, wood- burning fireplace is ready for a fire year round.

Family stayed at this property for our son's wedding. The house was amazing. Very spacious, extremely clean, and well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the deer and other wildlife on the property. This property is a very short walk to the beach. Would love to stay again!

The property was peaceful for 2 or 14 as we had. You can be alone with space you want or you can have your family/group close but never crowded. We gather around the kitchen, it also has space for much more.

Fantastic Folly Beach Home

We had an amazing time at Folly. . The house was great and the weather even better. There was ten in our group , and the house was so spacious, clean and well equipped. Cant say enough about the pool and the view. You cannot go wrong with this house. We will be back!

Gorgeous and Grand home

This house is a stunner! The property is serene, has a beautiful, unobstructed view of the marsh, access to the folly river, and surrounding landscape is lush and well kept. The rooms are clean, and well appointed. Every thing was above and beyond what we expected.

Fantastic house and great location

It was everything we hoped for. Great amenities and plenty of room. We had some issues with the pool but the manager was easy to reach and took care of the issues quickly. Would recommend this house.

Sprawling gorgeous home just a couple Of minutes off of folly beach. The house is gorgeous and so well laid out. Tons of room, comfortable beds, beautiful pool. Clean, convenient, comfortable- perfect. This was my 2nd stay- won’t be my last!

Yearly Getaway

Our group of 4 couples met on a tour 11 years ago and have met almost every year since. This year we picked Charleston and this Folley Beach home. It had beds and bathrooms for each couple and plenty of room for everyone to spread out in. The owner was very quick to answer any questions I had which I really appreciated. My husband and I were coming from snow so loved the large deck to lounge and visit on. Would highly recommend this home. Beautiful place to relax and catch up with friends.

55th Birthday Brunch

I always celebrate my birthdays at Folly Beach. This year because of the special occasion, I expected more friends and family. The property was clean, well lit, and accommodated everyone comfortably. The only problem was I had a handicap individual who was confined to the bed, and the TV did not work in the room.

Bday fun!

There were 9 women celebrating friend for long weekend. The house is close to Charleston, airport and walkable to beach. Plenty of parking too. We utilized the large deck even though cooler. Had issue with heat and management got it resolved within 24 hours. Large great room and kitchen for socializing and party games. There were some changes in beds from image (bunk beds replaced trundle beds) but none that made a difference. We would absolutely go back!

Fantastic Property

The property was spacious, modern and beautiful. It was located between the marsh and just 1 block from the ocean. Truly spectacular views. All of my guests were thrilled with their stay. Our host Rob mailed an item to my daughter in Colorado which she left behind. It was the best rental I have ever experienced and will definitely be back in the future. Steven Young

Incredible!

There are not enough good adjectives to describe this property! We rented it for our annual girl’s trip. As others have stated, the pictures don’t do it justice. There have been updates since the listing pictures. So much room, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous views! You can’t go wrong with this one.

If this property does not have it - you don't need it!! House is wonderfully laid out, so everyone has their own space and what a space, Only caveat for older folks - there are a lot of stairs.

Wonderful house in a great setting!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! Very convenient location that feels like you are very secluded. The setting and views from the back are spectacular. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to the beach and we rode our bikes to town several days. It was great having a pool to enjoy as well especially since a few in our party aren’t beach lovers. The screened in porch was very nice although a screen was broken ... we ended up picking up some thermacells and citronella since there were quite a few mosquitos. The layout was nice and we had tons of space which worked well especially on those rainy days. I would definitely recommend this property as well as Folly Beach!

The property is absolutely fantastic! The location is so private yet close to the beach and town! Your are absolutely surrounded my stunning scenery and the house is immaculate! We could not have asked for a better property for our family trip. The photos really do not do it justice!
