Unique in Valbonne, a beautiful studio opening onto its private garden allowing you to also live outside quiet and private but in the heart of the village, you are a minute walk from the central square. Entirely new, luxuriously equipped, classified 3 *** it offers all the comfort wished to a couple wishing to spend a stay without worry: large bed 160 x 200 Murply type, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, BBQ plancha , TV, large shower, hair dryer. Telephone, WiFi, linens, bed, toilet, commodities, etc. are available. Free parking. You will not have to worry about your breakfast because you will find everything you need to prepare it except croissants but the bakery is 30 meters away. All useful telephone numbers, login codes, user manuals appliances are rated in the apartment.

Located on the ground floor of a house with separate entrance access is private. A small shed in the garden will allow you to store your luggage, golf equipment ...
You will be completely independent during your stay and Ghyslaine (call Gigi) who will welcome you will tell you the best restaurants in Valbonne. Wander along the shaded pedestrian streets and observe the many sundials facades. You will not miss the beautiful colorful Friday market or numerous galleries and exhibitions. The beaches of Antibes and Cannes are nearby, as are the Alps
You will please note that participation in the € 50 cleaning fee is required for all stays. A deposit of € 150 is required upon arrival, which will be returned upon departure subject, as is customary, of a contradictory meeting places.

Unsere Wohnung war entzückend, einfach alles da, was man denkt brauchen zu können. Mylene hat sich sehr gekümmert und wäre jederzeit zugegen. Die Lage des Appartements ist einzigartig und Valbonne mit Nähe zur Côte sowieso. Der kleine eigene Garten- top. Leider war die Wohnung gerade sehr feucht und muffig. Man hat uns aber versichert, dass das behoben wird. Wir hoffen, dass dem so ist, weil wie sehr gerne wiederkommen wollen!

hello, I am happy that you had a good stay and I hope to see you again when you want because you are particularly friendly and attentive hosts. You should know that the geological subsoil of Valbonne is made up of clay which retains water. the very heavy and exceptional rains which preceded your stay created this atmosphere of humidity that you felt. All the ground floors of Valbonne are affected by this phenomenon and even more so the houses located at the bottom of the village. Fortunately, rain is much rarer than sunshine and the humidity disappears quickly. So you had the misfortune of having the experience that everyone in Valbonne knows. See you soon in the sun.

Kleines, sehr schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit direktem Zugang zum großem Innenhof/Terrasse. Es fehlt an nicht´s in dieser Unterkunft, ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superbe studio avec jardin dans un cadre convivial

L'appartement dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour magnifique à deux. Les équipements sont très modernes, je dirais même, luxueux. Et le jardin? Très romantique, et bien garni. Calme le soir. L'accueil qui nous a été réservé est de plus généreux. Gigi, la concierge, nous a même donné quelques conseils sur les villes et villages à voir autour de Valbonne, qui reste avec son village historique un endroit bien romantique, comportant tout ce qu'il faut au quotidien. Si l'occasion se présente de nouveau, nous serons bien contents d'habiter une seconde ce cadre fort confortable.
