The building is a 3 story (stand alone) building with a 1500 sq. ft. condo on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Access to both condos via private entrance and elevator. The ground floor is a retail golf cart sales shop.

Stayed here over Thanksgiving as my parents place was already full! This place is centrally located, easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Plenty of space! would definitely rent again!!

Absolutely the most perfect place to stay for a weekend wedding. The location was perfect and within walking distance to fun shops and restaurants. The owner was very communicative and responsive. Weekend Getaway

First trip to Bluffton - this property is right in the heart of old Bluffton. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, quick ride to Hilton Head and easy commute to Savannah. Plenty of room, the hosts were gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend!

A great getaway in Bluffton

This property was perfect for our stay. My niece and I were visiting family in Bluffton. The location is superb. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. And you are close to the beaches on the island. We will definitely stay here again. The online pictures are accurate. The condo is extremely clean and very appealing. It is a 10 out of 10.

Awesome Location, Awesome Place!!!

My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks, and it was perfect! We WFH while we were there, but it was perfect to take breaks though out the day to walk to the shops, water, and restaurants. The condo was very spacious for 2 people and was very clean. The elevator came in handy to move in and out. The instructions for check in were very easy, and we had everything that we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice condo. There are several flights of stairs to walk up, but there is a small elevator available. I did not use it however. It is near many restaurants and little boutiques. Very nice area! We walked every morning around the neighborhood.

Always Great!

This is not the first time we have stayed here and it won’t be the last! The space is large, comfortable, spotlessly clean and centrally located for walking around Old Town Bluffton. Communication with the owner is a breeze if you need anything, but the place is well stocked and perfectly set up.

Great Rental!

So clean and new and nice! And it really could not be in a better location. Bluffton is so walkable anyway but this spot really is convenient - the Corner Perk is right around the corner. A small convenience store is nearby and the view from the windows of the gorgeous garden store across the street is so pretty! Very good rental.
