Updated 7-20-25 We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort. In Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
• Outdoor Pools are closed
• Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed
• Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed.
• Parking garage is closed – parking in front of building, in the lot just south of the resort or across the street off Plaza Ave. Parking is 1st come 1st served. During Special Events - We cannot guarantee a parking spot.
• Beach access from the north access road.

This condo has wonderful oceanfront views, king bed, love seat.
The room is an Oceanfront 5th floor studio. Equipped with a King bed and just steps off the elevator. There is a love seat which is a recliner and we have a 37'in flatscreen TV with Cable, table with 2 chairs. We have everything here to make your trip perfect!! Linens provided includes sheets, towels, kitchen towels, pots, pans, plates, glassware, flatware, utensils everything you will need for the kitchen.
The kitchens at DBR are all exactly the same, full sized refrigerator, Microwave, 2 burner stovetop, sink ... counters are Corian...
We have several oceanfront studios at this location, some with King beds and sleepers, others with 2 Queen beds. Featured in this ad is our 5th floor condo - but please see our other ads or ask about the others we have available.
Some of reasons our guests return over and over to Daytona Beach Resort is the anemities available. Enjoy 2 oceanfront pools (one is heated) an indoor pool, 2 indoor hot tubs, sauna, and fitness room. Poolside Tiki bar, lunch served daily, lounge and restaurant on site.
Outdoor Firepit is the perfect location for romantic cocktails by the beach.
Also - Cable TV, WiFi, business center with computers, printer and fax machine.
Coin-op laundry on site, free garage covered parking, walk to grocery, restaurants and shops.
Full Service Spa on site
