Editable food can be left for the cleaning team
Place trash in the outside dumpster
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No large parties/gatherings are allowed on the condominium association common grounds or in this condo this is a fulltime residential neighborhood.

This was a beautiful Condo! The sunsets were the best!! The beach view was incredible! We loved sitting on the deck with a full view. The inside of the condo was spacious and had everything we could need! The Shake Shack had just reopened! We also enjoyed the Middle Grounds Grill, Doc Fords’s Rum Bar and Grill, Sloppy Joe’s and the Candy Kitchen!

The Beach House

We had a great time staying there. Within a mile of several restaurants and activities. Good beach access and very close to the beach boardwalk. Unfortunately the pool was not heated. Would definitely stay again

We love this condo. We like to do most of our own cooking and the kitchen is well-equipped. Unlike most condos that are long and narrow, this place feels like home with its 2 sliding glass windows on the ocean front, with both living and dining room ocean front. Nice quiet neighborhood feel to this hidden gem.

Fantastic condo with an even better view! Location is great and we loved getting up in the morning and going for a walk down the beach on the boardwalk. Property manager is easy to contact and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great! The condo building is perfectly situated on the beach and the condo is in great condition as shown. Check in and check out was smooth. The neighbors in the building were super nice too. We had everything we needed to get out on the beach too. We couldn't have asked for better stay, especially as first timers with VRBO! Blissful beach getaway

This was the second time we stayed at this beautiful condo. It is our favorite place in the world! The condo itself it clean, comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed to cook fantastic meals. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location away from the crowds, this is a great option. We arrived during the Red tide (High levels). The beaches were cleaned daily and well maintained. We traveled to all surrounding beaches to find that ours was best kept by far! The condo is very updated and maintained. They provide everything you would need. We were 100% satisfied and can’t wait to come back again!!!

Much Needed Rest

This is the first VRBO me and my husband rented and I was not sure what to expect. The condo was exactly like the pictures and the people staying next to us were very nice. How close it is the beech was fantastic and very conveniently located for stores, restaurants, bars and attractions. I highly recommend this condo and I would not hesitate to rent it again.

Nothing is quite the same as walking out onto the back balcony, with a glass of your favorite beverage, listening to the waves crash onto the shore and watching the pelicans and dolphins play. This charming vacation getaway is steps from the Gulf of Mexico, with unobstructed views of turquoise blue waves crashing into the sugar-sand beach. The tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico are so soothing to watch as the sunlight forms a golden road into the sea at the end of each day as the sun melts below the horizon. This amazing location is directly on the beach. It is called "Sand Dunes" because only a few sand dunes separate you and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

What makes this property unique

Spectacular views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico await you from your living room and the deck just outside. Many of our guests comment that the view is much better in person than in the pictures! Weather you like long walks on the beach, fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, shelling, building sandcastles, birdwatching (or peoplewatching!) this rental has it all! Note that there is no elevator in this building/community. There is one flight of stairs leading from the parking level under the building to the 1st level.
