Cozy In Town Cottage! Walk to Everything! Pet Friendly!

Our cottage is a one story residence set back from the quiet street, with a covered front porch for sitting and a back patio ideal for enjoying the warm Florida sunshine. The front and side yards are landscaped with lawns and plantings. A charcoal grill is provided in the back yard for outdoor cooking. Off street parking for two cars in driveway is provided. Inside, the floors are new ceramic tile with area rugs for comfort.The high ceiling in the living/dining room gives a feeling of spaciousness. Ample seating is provided with two sofas and an easy chair for socializing, watching the 43 " TV, or using the wireless connected internet. The dining area has seating for four, or more. Separating the dining area from the kitchen is a raised counter with bar stools, making it a great place to get together with family and friends. The kitchen has ample counter space and cabinets with all new stainless steel appliances including a range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Amenities provided include a coffeemaker, toaster. dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and cutlery. The bathroom is tiled, with a new vanity, refurbished toilet, and a combination bathtub and shower. A utility closet off the bathroom contains a new clothes washing machine and dryer. The linen closet holds extra towels, bedding, paper goods, and supplies. The rear bedroom has a queen size bed, chair, and built in clothes closet. The front bedroom has a full size bed, easy chair, dresser, and built in clothes closet. The bedrooms include bedside tables with lamps and drawers to hold small items. A dispenser for shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom is provided.

The cottage is a short walk to St. George Street, the ancient Spanish fort, and a short drive to magnificent Atlantic beaches, lighthouse, and many other attractions

Great place to stay, easy location to get to places of interest. Unfortunately had to leave earlier than planned because of family emergency, but able to call person in charge that we had to leave early but will rent from them again next time.

This was an awesome house in a great area and walkable to so much. Within a 5 min drive you could be at the beach or downtown. I’ll definitely do this home again when I go back. I would highly recommend this to everyone

It was near everything, can walk if you want? The back yard grass was overgrown and buggy we tried sitting out there and cane in all bit up. House was very nice had everything you need. The sliding door to the yard would get stuck. We had a nice time cute house

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Only critique is that the sliding back door was extremely hard to open and close (like it was off the tracks). Other than that, we loved being able to bring our pup and walk to wherever we wanted to go. House was spacious and very clean.

The property was roomy, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was reasonable for walking to the attractions. We liked the back patio and the front porch.The one thing that we disliked was the bathroom utility room doors were gone. It was noisy and ugly looking at the air handling unit, water heater, washer/dryer, plumbing, mops/brooms and cleaning supplies. There should have been a curtain, at least.The owner was very nice in allowing us to check in to the unit early.

This property is a great location, with a short drive to Vilano Beach and a moderate walk to the historic, pedestrian district. It is very cozy and the backyard is wonderful to relax, especially with a fury friend (fenced in yard). We love St. Augustine, and this property!

Perfect location within walking distance to attractions and downtown/St. George Street. Kitchen is well stocked with needs to prep food. Beds are comfortable, plenty of hangers in closets, dresser space for the longer stays. Floors had debris/food crumbs.Otherwise a nice convenient place to stay with good host communication.

Yes everything was there. We only had one small glitch with kitchen lights. I spoke with Donna. It didn't keep us from doing what we needed to do. All was so comfy. No complaints. Highly recommend. And Teddy loved the backyard
