About this property

Enjoy Gulf Coast's beautiful clear, turquoise water and white sugary sand beaches where kids can enjoy creating their very own sand castles.

Our 3 bedroom 3 bath unit has an incredible view of the Gulf from the 17th floor, located in the west building. The master suite has balcony access, large comfortable king bed, large television , ceiling fan and two closets. The master bath has a large jacuzzi garden tub, travertine shower and floors, and a vanity area for the lady of the house.

Our second bedroom contains a king bed, large television, shower and a spacious closet.
Our third bedroom contains a twin set, large television and a closet. These two rooms share a balcony which overlooks the Perdido Key area with a limited view of the Intracoastal waterway and the unique Villagio Village, featuring The Jelly Fish Bar and specialty shopping.

A well equipped spacious kitchen featuring granite countertops, travertine floors, spacious pantry and a convection oven.
Dining table seats 8 and an additional 3 at the kitchen bar.
Living area has comfortable seating, large television and DVD player.
Balcony seats 8 and an additional lounge chair.
Laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi and cable throughout.
Another really nice feature, the elevator delivers you to your own private foyer.

Quick Spring Trip

I had a wonderful time staying here even though it was just for a shorter stay. Everything was clean, and Jane made things really easy! I'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing condo in a perfect location!

This was by far one of the best condos we have ever had the pleasure to vacation in. Jane, the owner, provided excellent communication from check-in to check-out. The detailed instructions she provided made our 2am arrival a breeze. The condo itself has ample space to accommodate our party of 6, four of which are teens. We love the floor plan of this condo! The beautiful decor and extra comforts of home make it all the more welcoming. Jane has done an excellent job stocking the condo with basic spices, pots and pans, a crock pot, extra TP, cleaning supplies, extra linens, and access to the owner’s storage unit that is stocked with beach chairs and toys that are not rusted or falling apart! One of our favorite perks of this condo is the private entry off the elevator. The elevator opens up to the front door of the condo which made it easy and convenient to load and unload luggage and groceries. The condo pool is stunning-not a typical condo pool. It definitely completes the overall resort feel. The condo location was perfect for us. We were able to walk across the street to dinner, and then back again several nights to visit the ice cream shop. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this condo. It was a wonderful vacation and we will be back again!

Better Than...

Pictures didn't do this condo justice! I hesitate to give a rave review, because I don't want this property all booked up when I decide to return. Here's a few of the highlights... very spacious and gorgeous 3 bed/3 bath condo, patio access from all bedrooms, direct elevator access to condo, amazing resort style pool directly on beach, great 17th floor view of ocean, seating for your whole party to dine on the patio, comfy living room seating for all, access to beach chairs and beach toys... and an amazing and attentive host! Everyone in our family loved this rental. This was one of the easiest and most relaxing vacations I've had in a long time!

Wonderful experience

My husband and I are Orange Beach Residents, we bought our condo for family and friends to enjoy as well as an investment. I enjoy being a host so much that I got my real estate license. We pay attention to detail and are very accessible.

Why they chose this property

Perdido Key has sugary white beaches, and the view from our 17th floor private balcony is pretty amazing! Several great restaurants within walking distance, The Jelly Fish, The Breakfast Club, Paul's pizza, to name a few. It's close to Publix, Winn-Dixie, CVS Pharmacy and liquor stores.

Indigo is a premiere property with a private elevator that opens right up into your foyer.
Views of the Gulf from the Master Bedroom and Living area.
Views of Old River/ St. Johns Bay and the IntraCoastalWaterway (ICW) from the two other bedrooms on the North side of the building.
