About this property

Fabulous East End Unit at Beach Colony Resort

We invite you to be our guest at Beach Colony's newest tower in our East End unit, located on the 11th floor. From the oversized (300sq. Ft.) balcony, you will see some of the best views of one of the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf. From the breakfast nook, you'll find breath-taking views of Perdido Bay and Johnson Beach State Park.

As you walk through the front door, you'll feel right at home in our comfy, beautifully decorated condo. Through the double doors on the right, you'll enter our large master bedroom with a king bed. The master bath has a jetted tub and a stand alone shower. Down the opposite hall, you'll find the other 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each. These bedrooms have their own bath, as well as a 23" flat screen TV with DVDs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops. The living area has a large wrap around sofa with a 55” Flat Screen TV, DVD, and stereo.

Exclusive Beach Colony Resort is located on 11 acres of fabulous beachfront. The East Tower has 2 elevators with only 4 units per floor. Located on the property are 3 pools (1 heated), clay tennis courts, and a fitness center.

We have stayed in this condo 2 times now and have loved it both times. The toaster oven was broken when we arrived, and even though it wasnt a major issue, Linda ordered a new one and sent it to the condo so that we would have one. We love staying here and will probably make it three times in a row next year.

Great place with a view

From the moment we stepped into this Perdido Key property, we were blown away. The sheer size of the place was incredible – plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and relax. But it was the view that truly took our breath away. The expansive balcony offered a panoramic vista of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico, and we spent countless hours simply marveling at the beauty. The interior was just as impressive, with modern furnishings and a comfortable layout. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them together. The bedrooms were spacious and provided a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. We can't say enough about how much we loved our stay. This property is an absolute gem and we can’t wait to return! Outstanding

This property is wonderful. Check in was very easy - keys were in lockbox on door. The condo is spacious and very nicely decorated. It was also very clean. Rooms were large and furniture and bedding was very comfortable. The balcony has a wonderful view. We stayed 4 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and 3 granddaughters (13, 10 and 4). Everyone loved it. We will definitely be renting this again in the future.

Fabulous!

This was not my first stay in this condo. Different family members have been here for different occasions over the years. This stay at the condo was perfect. It is spacious, very comfortable and lovely. The view is amazing from the balcony. I love Perdido Key. It is a less crowded beach than the Gulf Shores area with white sand, clear water and dolphins! What more could you ask for? There are several good restaurants close by and the grocery stores have anything you might need. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. We really hated to leave. Next year will have to be a longer stay here!

Perfect girls get away!

Beautiful spacious codo! Every year the three of us girls spend a week some where, usually on the beach. This condo is top of our list! Very clean and well cared for, beds, linens and towels all wonderful! The balcony and views were amazing! Two days the Blue Angels flew right out side our window! The beach is a sugary white sand delight, and very quiet and relaxing! Dinner was just a short drive away! Being just us girls, we appreciated the coded security on the front gate and elevators, made for a very safe feeling! We only had one day of clouds, so we drove to New Orleans for the day! Just a fantastic trip in a gorgeous cond! Thanks so much Linda, you are a most gracious hostess! Hope to visit again next year!

Awesome!

The unit itself was exactly as stated. Plenty of space for the six of us. Access to the beach, renting chairs & umbrellas was so easy. The only downfall of the stay was the elevators. One was not working and the one that was had issues. Could not always get the numbers to push to get to your floor. We weren’t the only ones almost everyone else was having trouble. Worked maybe 50% of the time.

Beautiful & comfortable condo!

Loved our stay in this condo! Beautifully & tastefully decorated. Exceptionally clean, well equipped & comfortable. Outstanding location with gorgeous view, just steps from the beach and well kept amenities. Owner was quickly responsive to all communications and questions. Our only disappointment was that the pictured six comfy patio chairs on the balcony are no longer there. We were six adults & were looking forward to each having a comfortable chair for relaxing & dining on the balcony together. We were able to make due with the bench & 5 seats that were available though. All other parts of the condo were as pictured. We would definitely stay at this condo again, and hope that we can indeed do that sometime in the future. Thank you for such a lovely place to enjoy Perdido Key!
