Welcome to "Diamonds in the Sand!" This incredibly appointed home will serve as your family's beach COMPOUND! Two homes on site that are BOTH independently equipped: from washers/dryers to all essential kitchen needs! Perfect for multi-family vacations with plenty of privacy, the houses are separated by a large private saltwater pool and personal oasis that includes a newly installed putting green that the kids are sure to love! Diamonds in the Sand is the perfect beach house experience! 

*Homes are only rented together as a 7BED/6.5 BATH home. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please observe the cancellation policy applicable to this listing on the booking platform utilized for your reservation at the time of your booking. 

PET POLICY: This home is pet-friendly for those up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking

Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen.

Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. Please also make sure to bring your own beach towels and beach equipment (chairs, tents, toys, coolers, umbrellas, etc.). You might also want to bring extra blankets during the cooler months as we do not provide them.

Golf cart is supplied by Destin Beach Rentals. It will be at the home and fully charged prior to your arrival.

Pool Heating available upon request for additional fee of $300 + tax.

Your reservation comes with $650 of property protection insurance to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay!

Having 2 separate homes on the property is great for groups that want to congregate throughout the day, while still being able to have some privacy/quiet time whenever needed. We find this works great with little ones who take daytime naps or for the grandparents that need some down time!

Home #1 (Beach Cottage): While at rest, you can relax in our first home completely renovated in 2016 that now features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, updated kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances, and a spacious outdoor shower—always offering a refreshing end to a day at the beach! The interior of our home is beautifully decorated with all new furnishings that lends a cozy, cottage feel. The Master Bedroom is complete with a king memory foam mattress and a new bathroom with double vanities and tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 is complete with a king memory foam mattress and access to the second bathroom with a brand new beautiful white subway tiled shower. Bedroom #3 is adjoining bedroom #2 and has two twin built in beds with pillow top mattresses and a little reading or play nook for your little ones! This bedroom also utilizes the second bathroom with the shower. The updated kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and beautiful stone counter tops plus a custom built farmhouse dining table with chairs. The beach cottage can sleep up to 8 guests if using the pullout sofa. Dedicated washer and dryer (LG front load)The Den has a 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD Player. The den features a large flat screen TV and the dining room will seat 8-12 guests, plus more seating on the patio by the pool!
