Enjoy this newly renovated (2023) first floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 8 and is well suited for two families to enjoy vacation together! In July and August, this is a 7-day minimum stay with check in/out on Saturday.

The living room features a wall of sliding glass doors that open onto the secluded wraparound screened-in porch (brand new screen in 2026). After a day of sun and fun, it’s a great spot to have a cocktail! The kitchen is clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. The primary bedroom has a brand-new queen-size mattress and ensuite bathroom. The next room has a full bed with bathroom just across the hall. The last bedroom has bunk beds plus a day bed with trundle (4 twin beds). There is also a washer/dryer in the condo. In addition, you will have access to the storage closet which houses all the things necessary for the ultimate beach day. Items include: one bike (and one child seat that can be attached as needed), beach cart, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, tennis racket and balls, even a kite ;-).

We are a smoke and pet free condo and ultra-kid friendly with plenty of games, books and DVDs. There’s a high chair, pack-n-play and, umbrella stroller for your use. We are right across from West Lake with a brand new playground and a quick walk to one of the many pools.

All renters must pack their own bed linens and towels. Linen rental service is available as an alternative. We can provide you with additional information upon request.

Sea Colony is The Premier Family Beach and Tennis Community. Community Amenities & Features: Sea Colony is the premier family beach and tennis resort community, located in Bethany Beach, Delaware. Guests have exclusive access to a half mile of private guarded beach, 12 pools (2 indoors), 34 tennis courts (incl. 14 Har-Tru clay and 4 indoor courts), world class facilities and instructors, and a Fitness Center with an Olympic-size indoor pool and a variety of programs for every age. Year-round adult tennis clinics. Summer tennis clinics for kids.

All guests at Sea Colony are required to purchase a recreational badge per person (per week-Saturday to Saturday) in the summer months, which includes TWO parking passes (there are no additional parking passes).

We’ve been staying at Sea Colony for 10 years, first time at this condo, and this property was absolutely perfect for us. The location is private, it’s clean, the wraparound porch is amazing the beds are comfortable. There’s great water pressure. It’s close to tram stops. Having a crib included helped us pack less for the baby. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We rented linens, I’d advise sizing up when renting, as some of the fitted sheets wouldn’t fit the mattresses. The pillows and blankets provided were very nice and comfortable. The washer and dryer were in excellent condition and easy to use. The extra refrigerator in the sitting area really came in handy. Highly recommended this condo.

Great stay

Nestled in the tennis community at Sea Colony, the property is amidst beautiful surroundings and the screened in outside area was great for mornings and evenings spent chatting outside. Close to local transport stops and sea colony amenities, would definitely return for future visits.

Excellent stay

This was our first visit to sea colony and won’t be our last! The community itself was wonderful with activities for the whole family. The transport via bus or trolley around the community was excellent and easy to navigate. The property itself was perfect for our needs and as described.

Great Place!

Hostess was always available with any questions leading up to our stay. We did not need to contact her during the stay at all. Location was good. Kids DVDs and board games were clutch after the three kids had long days at the ocean. Would definitely stay again in the future!

The house is newly updated and clean. The host, Amy, was incredibly responsive. Location is wonderful. She really didn’t miss a detail in making her guests feel comfortable.

Quiet getaway

We had a delightful stay here. The location is very convenient to the trolley and bus stop. The house was clean, quiet, and well stocked (kitchen supplies, games, books, beach chairs, etc). Amy was very communicative and the check in/out process was easy. We'd definitely stay again! Next time we'd bring our own pillows and a beach umbrella as we couldn't locate that, but those were very minor and otherwise it was fantastic!

The house was amazing. No complaints whatsoever with the comfort and supplies for the week available for use. This is our 5th stay at Sea Colony and first at this unit. We typically stay closer to an outdoor pool and tram stops, given we travel with my in-laws who are older. This unit is a bit further from those things but no complaints about the unit itself.

Wonderful condo and great host

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The screened in porch had enough seating so our family could spend time there in the evenings. I believe they have a brand new sofa that was not pictured. Our host was quick to respond to our needs/questions. We would love to rent this condo again, in the future.
