We invite you to our newly built house which boasts a gourmet kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, heated in-ground pool, gas firepit, outdoor covered bar with television, outdoor shower, elevator, and multiple decks. There are hardwood floors, 9' ceilings with ceiling fans in all rooms with Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn furnishings throughout. The house offers enjoyment for everyone in your family - relaxing on the deck, swimming in the pool, chatting by the fire pit, grabbing time on the beach, going for a run, playing a friendly game of foosball.

This house is perfect: well stocked, very clean, beautiful light, great decks with ocean views, lovely pool, and such a close walk to the beach on a dead-end street. We loved every minute and would absolutely return.

The property was impeccable! The rooms were clean and neat. The owner provided everything needed to enjoy the space. The salt water pool was warm and inviting especially after a great day at the beach. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Perfect family beach house

The house was perfect for our whole family (grandparents, two couples with two kids each and a couple with no kids). The pool, fire pit and outdoor kitchen/bar were a huge hit and the roof deck was great for sunsets and stargazing. The upper level kitchen / living room and dining area was beautifully furnished and well appointed with enough room for everyone to spread out and views of the ocean. The house is really close to the ocean and right on the bike lane (with the added bonus of nobody parking in front of your house). The owners are really nice and were quick to help walk us through setting up the whole house audio system (which was awesome). Highly recommend. Can’t wait to stay again in 2020.

Perfect beach stay!

We stayed here for a week with our family and it could not have been better! The location is perfect - super close to the beach (and the bay for sunsets!), and just a mile from the main section of beach haven for coffee, food and shops. Ammentities were more than enough with a game room, pool games, outdoor bar and fire pit and multiple balconies. The home is beautifully decorated and more than comfortable for a large group. Communication with the owner was extremely easy for any questions we had leading up to our stay or while there. I couldn’t recommend this house more!

Fantastic house and owners !

Second year here, and we enjoyed every second of this gem on Liberty. This home is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. It’s roomy and has an open concept floor plan, yet there are nooks to hide away and get some quiet time. Whether you venture to the beach daily or sit on one of the many balconies and watch the world go by, you will not want to leave. The owners are a pleasure and have respond with any and all questions promptly, they share their LBI hotspots and they are truly happy when their guests are enjoying their home. We cannot say enough about this beautiful, easy living, close to the beach, walking distance to town, magnificent home! Thank you for sharing it with us and we look forward to being repeat guests next year!

Ideal town and home

The property was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, a VERY short walk to the beach, and so close to amazing shops and restaurants. The kids had a blast in the basement arcade and could easily ride bikes to the nearby amusement and water park. We had a minor issue with the TV and Crista went above and beyond to address the issue quickly. Highly recommend 204 Liberty and hope it’s not our last visit!

What an amazing, beautiful house. Every last detail is so well done! This was an incredible week and I can’t thank the owners enough. Loved staying at this beautiful house! Little issue with the electronic key entry but plenty of accommodations and very accessible to the beach. The owners were available and helpful. Exceptional Rental Property

This is our first time renting a house, as we are usually luxury resort people, but amid all the unrest and travel bans we had to adjust our vacation plans accordingly. I was so pleasantly surprised at our experience at this property. The owners are warm, receptive, and helpful during our stay and made us feel like home. The property is impeccable and every small detail was thought of and accounted for. The house is beautifully decorated and we truly enjoyed our stay and immediately reserved a week for next year.
